    One thing with sunscreen - make sure to apply generously! In my early 20s, I used to use those "tinted moisturizers with SPF" which is not the same as a tinted sunscreen or regular sunscreen bc they usually don't provide as much UVA protection

    Hi! I'm not against entirely on everything she gives as tips! Definitely try to sleep on your back as much as possible and use sunscreen. But as someone who's had eye creams in their 20's I will tell you...
    Just use your favorite moisturizer, in a pea size amount and gently pat around the eye area. I think eye creams are over hyped BUT if you have one already it's okay. If it works then it works. If you feel that the eye cream doesn't you can double it up as a moisturizer and spread it down to your neck and even shoulders! Moisturized skin is definitely a factor to halting skin aging! 💖💜

    I’m turning 25 this year so I really need these tips 😅 I’m so bad at using sunscreen cuz here in Finland there’s no sun during winter and I’m always indoors. But I’ll try harder when spring & summer comes 🙏🏼

    • @CL-yt8kc
      @CL-yt8kc 3 года назад +19

      I feel like we should still apply sunscreen in winter, I live in the UK now and it’s always dark and rainy throughout the winter months, but whenever I don’t apply sunscreen I find some sun spots forming over time, I’m guessing the UV light is still there even we can’t feel it much in winter?

    • @VK-ro1qb
      @VK-ro1qb 3 года назад +20

      The sun is still out there, you just have clouds above you and thus can’t “see it.” White people can get skin cancer and are more prone to aging and sun damage. I wear spf 365 days a year, without fail.

    • @h.alm0896

      @@CL-yt8kc no matter what season, wear sunscreen. I live in the UK too and though its not always so sunny like you said the sun rayes and ovbs its daylight outside so ofc the sun will deffo effect us too. Spf 30 in winter or duller days is completely fine:)

      I looked it up and it seems that as today, UK’s UV index is 1-2 (low) but here in Nordic countries it’s zero. In December, there is estimated 26 hours on sun/month and above the Arctic circle, sun doesn’t rise at all. But now we are slowly getting more sunny days so definitely wear a sunscreen ☺️

      that is great but please also consult your skincare routine with a doctor because sometimes "more" isn't always better. My surrounding are crazy about preventive medicine,so they care what they eat ,how do they cook, so do I. Yes, the skin reflects what u eat , but genetics play its role too. My mom doesn’t care much what she eats but she always looked (still looks) much much younger and not that much wrinkles ,at my age she was even better than me, and here I think ecology play a huge impact on our skin..

My mother smokes all her life, uses no cosmetic products, and looks at least 10 years younger, the rest of my family is the same. I don’t say that cosmetics products don’t help, but i rather doubt them and also use rarely anything , besides moisture cremes.

    I was a subscriber since before you had Yunwoo and though of course you've visually age(which is normal and not offensive, ppl age) it has been how to say ---?graceful/seamless?
    there imo are no dramatic changes and it's actually nice to see the progression and changes (whether aging or just hair style changes) in your videos.

    I’m 19 and I’m taking all the precautions, like I don’t skip sunscreen and stuff but I don’t really use eye cream yet, I feel like I don’t need it because I don’t have dark circles or stuff. But I don’t want to regret it later, do you recommend me to start using it ?

      if you have very dry skin it wont hurt to start early but definitely recommend if you are over your mid 20’s

      There's a really popular skincare RUclipsr called hyram and he said that eye creams aren't really different from moisturizer! I would say u don't really need it unless u have very dry skin under eyes!! Plus you are still young so it doesn't really matter lolll

    Don’t use straws? I’ve always had a habit of drinking milk with a straw lol. I’m 25 and just started using vitamin c serum. I hope it’s not late. It’s really been helping control acne and I already see my fine lines reducing.

    actually almost all Asian women didn’t change until they are 35 years old, even they don’t use anything. But over the age of 40, they suddenly age faster. It is too early to say that 30 people are against aging
