Hi Mark, just before the video starts I just wanted to say thank you. I've been suffering with my mental health lately feeling very isolated and alone. Even though I have people I don't feel wanted much. You doing this is giving me my motivation back. I still go to work everyday starting at 6am and it's very draining for me especially my wage I get but looking for a new job is so hard and I just feel like giving up but the motivation and energy I get from you it's unbelievable you have helped me without nowing it. I love you so much. I watch every single video because your vibe is what I need. Love to meet you one day. Your amazing, talented and wonderful. You have a heart of gold. Xxx

I do take meds for it, but l have not yet found one that has heiped or made a difference in my mood. Mark is definitely a dose that a pill can not offer. I agree with you a 100% and he doesn't even know it.! Mark is an amazing person. I always say when mark finds the right person in life they are getting a GEM for sure. Ive been very sad this week because I cancelled my Christmas holiday trip to London. Because of the new variant, I wanted to be safe and respectful. Watching this video made me feel better.
If you haven't tried it already, the Peking Duck at Four Seasons in China town is amazing! There's also this Korean restaurant called Olle (located in one of the entrances to China town) which does pretty good Korean BBQ!
