THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE! 💗
I sing this song to my kids when they get up in the morning. This 3 chord song is a great one for beginning ukulele players. LMK if you try it! xo
Just found you Kathryn. Am loving your clear and fun tutorials. Cheers!

After just buying a uke is there a way of making this and or leaving on a jet plane on the most simple of chords? If that makes sense.
Hey Cody - yes absolutely. So these are the basic "easy" chords on ukulele, especially for beginners getting started. The G chord, a 3 finger chord, is definitely the most challenging though! Songs that are in the key of C, like this one, are best for beginners. I do also have a tutorial of Leaving on a Jet Plane in the key of C. I'll post a link below. Hope this helps!! Let me know if you have any questions 😊🎵

Why drink this hurts u
It can, I don't disagree! If I had to choose between wine and ukulele I would definitely choose ukulele. 😉
My main problem with this is my grandchildren musically inclined and I love ukulele they could Google this and in their young minds which they are 14 and 16 it’s OK to drink. I really disagree with this she’s not the only teacher promoting drinking with the ukulele, I think it’s awful. It should be private to adults not where a child can see this totally ridiculous in my opinion.
@@laurabrown6363 Thanks for sharing that, it really helps me understand where you're coming from. As a mom of two kids I completely understand. The "she" you're talking about is me, Kathryn. My channel is for adults, but I can understand the frustration in seeking out tutorials for teens and coming across alcohol. And I can see it being a gray line, when kids are old enough to watch tutorials for adults, but then it's hard to filter out ones with wine... (My concept is called Ukulele Wine Time so - definitely not for teens!) I do teach kids and adults, all ages, and I am currently in the process of creating a beginner video series that is sans wine, for all ages. I will definitely share here with you when it becomes available if you are interested. Wishing you the best, and thank you for sharing your perspective with me.
