i have a mazda axela but i can tell you its a very very reliable car, have been broke for 3 years cant afford repairs but i can tell you have only so far been to the garage for only rubber bushes, its main weakness is engine mounting due to the heavy engine, but my engine is so dry no leaks and the car is in perfect running condition another problem i noticed is the transmission now is jacking and brings check engine but after driving for long distances the gear shift goes back to normal and engine check light disappears

How much is gasoline and cost for a v8 in the UK? Im in my early 20s and my GS460 gets about 17mpg on 91. Curious about my friends across the pond. Cheers!
Fuel is about £1.25 per litre here, so that's £4.73 per US gallon (about $3.38). What do you mean by cost for a V8? To buy or to run/tax? Tax is CO2 emission based, so lots for any V8. To buy, the Mustang GT, at around £45k base, is the only V8 I can think of for less than about £70k. We only get the high spec versions though for some reason. Also V8s usually depreciate insanely, hence the 2 on this list under £5k ☺
@@ApothecaryTerry thanks for the detailed reply! I meant mainly cost of fuel, insurance, and other taxes that I dont know about. Also I know that you guys have to have a yearly MOT no? Gas is much more reasonable than I thought as I currently pay about $4.10/gal in CA.
@@m.48 Annual road tax is around £500+ for most V8s. MOT is capped at £55 (I usually pay £35). Insurance is extremely variable. Expensive for young drivers- nearly £2k a year for a 17 year old on a bottom spec Fiesta is normal. On the other hand, I'm 33 and pay £300 to insure a Porsche. A Lexus GSF or BMW M6 would cost me about £350-400. I'm guessing CA is expensive by US standards for fuel- I went to MA 18 months ago and it was around $3/gal and.

Yeah updated 2004 version of LS430 got a new gear box, much smoother and in addition to a few other engine management changes changed the 0-100 from 6.5s to 5.9s, which considering it doesn't make any more power, isn't any louder, and is actually a smoother ride just goes to show how much Lexus focused on true luxury rather than speed. Bought one for my father second hand in 2006, even now as a 17 year old it's never had a single part fail. I've had to replace to parts due to wear and tear like all cars, but when you think about the ridiculous amount of tech in the car it's just insane that absolutely nothing has failed. JD Power rated it as the most reliable car of all time.

Man, if an LS430 is a street sleeper then so is my 5,000lb 2007 Silverado with cold air and exhaust. It's slow as hell. The Lexus is hands down the most reliable car here, and it's the only one that I would buy out of any of these- with the Mazda being a slight exception. I would think that most people with that budget would be pretty pissed when they blow the transmission in the AMG, or the head gaskets in the Subaru. Spec bs are so incredibly rare
Sub £2000 man, these are just wicked videos I can’t wait to see what you do next!
wtf the ml 55 costs 15000 here in sweden
Man, if an LS430 is a street sleeper then so is my 5,000lb 2007 Silverado with cold air and exhaust. It's slow as hell. The Lexus is hands down the most reliable car here, and it's the only one that I would buy out of any of these- with the Mazda being a slight exception. I would think that most people with that budget would be pretty pissed when they blow the transmission in the AMG, or the head gaskets in the Subaru. Those wannabe Jaguars are just all out pieces of shit. All the meanwhile, I'm just wafting along in my reliable, luxurious, non-sleeper LS430.
Volvo s80 4.4ltr 232kw if u want interesting video
Bonus: 2002 Buick Century Custom
5: heavy rust bucket
Phew I thought you were going to forget about a lexus ls400 😂
The lexus GS430 is faster than the LS430 because it is lighter, and the price is the same or lower ahahah :D
And the GS430 Sport has lowered, uprated suspension & 18" Oz wheels. Problem is, you try and find one....
Suggestion: African cars
ill go with the rare Lexus GS460 V8.. in fact i have one🍷
