- In tis video we take the redcat ascent and the redcat fusion for some real world testing to see how they stack up. thanks to mountain high power sports for loaning us the ascent for testing.
NICE! Been waiting for this one! I ordered some Megalithics for my Fusion :) The motor on the fusion is slightly lower than the base model, I also believe the Fusion comes with Brass portal covers doesn't it?
Yeah portal covers and they took the interior springs out of the front. Besides that frame and motor then they are the same. What did you order?
@@RockRehabRc I ordered 4 of the JConcepts Megalithic Tires for it and I will also probably get some Injora Inserts for it :)
Hey not bad! Let us know how they do! I want to put some shocks on mine, I love the major flex 💪
@@RockRehabRc Question for you on the shocks. What shocks are you going to replace the stock ones with and what length?
To be honest I haven't looked into it too much, but normally I like them on the longer side and use limiting straps if its too much and keep some extra flex. Might have to figure out a mounting situation with some spacers and screws. Ill post a vid when I get there for you
