Hope this is a good information for people to hear ^^

He's like those guys on RUclips who search specifically for Furry, only to insult them. It's so pathetic when you look at it. Instead of taking time to find something that gives them and their lives meaning, they try to find something that gives other people meaning and joy and try to destroy it. The most pathetic way to push your own self-worth is to downgrade that of others. I could laugh all day about such people, feeling so superior and smart because they think they are above others and just don't understand what passion is, but in reality you have to feel sorry for them.

So, I had an encounter on Geometry Dash that I found pretty funny. I’m not a furry, but I am pan.
So, this guy kept saying I was a furry and that I was a disgrace. I told him, “I’m not, and also your view on furries is completely wrong, every furry I know is nice to me.”
This went on for multiple weeks, on and off. He said on one of his messages because he’s salty every dislikes him, “like if you aren’t gay.” I disliked it and informed him that I’m pan, and he proceeded to yell at me. I make a long clever comeback while being content, and he assumes that I’m taking 3 hours to reply when in reality I was just taking 2 minutes in the moment.
Now, near the end, this guy said he was going to say mean things. He started saying very offensive things, and I just said, “well, it’s not my problem if you’re the one yelling.” And he was STILL adamant that he would win this, so he threatened me again. I responded very well thought out. I once got over depression in under a year with no professional help, but the results… let’s just say it is nearly impossible to break me.
So, I responded saying, “I’ve informed you countless times that this isn’t a winnable argument. I’ve been nothing but calm, and you just proceed to yell at me, thinking it’ll get you somewhere. But every time, I tell you that it’s not working. And quite frankly, I don’t care about winning this argument. I just care that you don’t. You don’t know the endurance I have, I will keep this going indefinitely if you don’t stop. Feel free to verbally abuse me, see where that gets you. It’s already gotten you nowhere. I will remain constructive no matter how long this lasts.”
Long story short, I won, he blocked me. It’s the small wins in life that count. #smallwins

The world can be a disgusting place, and the only way to survive it is to keep strong and keep true to good moral values. Don't pay much attention to these people, stay with people you know won't act funny. And learn this now, I don't know exactly how old you may be, but please remember that everyone has an opinion and those opinions aren't necessarily facts. Take em in and let them go. It will never matter what kind of toxic things people will say, just keep true to yourself 😊

you know what my mentality is? “if they aren’t hurting anyone keep doing it” and i feel that more people need to be like that. Life is too short to be mad at someone not hurting anything. These guys are having fun, i’m not a furry but i wish i had their confidence, keep doing what you love guys 💕

Personally fursuits aren't my cup of tea, but all the people there looked so nice and welcoming. This really opened my eyes about furries, and how they just want to have fun. Although being a furry is a bit more on the quirky side, the furry community really doesn't deserve all the hate and misrepresentation. 💓💖❤

I'm not a fan of furries, honestly I don't care, everyone has the right to be a fan of whatever they want but I really just wanted to say how much I appreciate the mother for supporting and defending her daughter, it is really a nice thing to see a parent genuenly supporting their child's interests (even if seen as 'weird' by the general public) instead of talking bad about it and making the child insecure of their own interests. That one is more complicated I guess. I could say "I hate Polish people grrr" but I am a Pole myself. Me saying "I hate Polish people" is more like a generalization that I use after knowing most of the Polish people ale intolerant, conservative and bigoted. And I don't identify with these mindsets at all, what doesn't change that I was born in Poland. The same goes with saying "I hate humans". People who say that usually have valid reasons. Also they usually say this when they are higly emotional for example when they hear that people abuse animals, destroy the Earth or harm other people.
The situation in here reminds me more of a logic of old Solar Sands. He hated fetish art on deviantArt... so he purposefully searched for fetish art on deviantArt. Now this is dumb. But also somehow many people do this. They hate gay people, so they go to gay people's videos on youtube just to leave a disgusting comment. I don't get why they do this. I'm still learning social behaviours in humans, so maybe I will find something in my psychological literature and then I will add something to my reply.
Sorry for writing such long response, but that's a very interesting oddity for me.

You don’t need one. Being a furry is not about fursuiting, it’s just an interest. Most people attending conventions do not own a fursuit.

If anyone knows any of the brown and green bunnies socials i would love to know as their sona inspired my first one; who's now retired but still well loved!
