One day my father calls me he said i want some of that colonge you wear something good i sent him a bottle Grey Vetiver the last Christmas gift I would ever buy him it will always be in my collection
44 yr old Brooklyn brotha here. I got up on that Tom Ford Grey Vetiver after you mentioned it in a previous video. My personal favorite scent and my wife’s too. Thank you brotha. Salute. 👊🏾
Valentino Green Stravaganza is a killer to me, you nailed it with your description. Clean fresh just a hint of the coffee and it kicks just a little. I like it👍🏻👍🏻
As always, great content. Will definitely check a few of these out once I get back home (South Africa). One of my all-time favourites is still Acqua di Gio. You can't go wrong with this frsh scent.
Jeff my brother those are some good choices. I have a few of those in my collection. Let me add a few more to the list, Acqua Di Parma Colonial Intense, Renier Oud Rain, Savoir Faire Soul Cafe, Boucheron Jaipur Homme edp, Marc-Antoine Barrios Ganymede, and Timbuktu are great for us older Gentlemen. Keep these 🔥 videos coming because they are very informative ✌🏿
I'd also recommend terre d'hermes eau grive, trussardi riflesso, parfums de marly Layton, Louis Vuitton Afternoon swim, and Dulce and Gabbana the one edp intense. Can't give away too many lol.
That Ted Baker- London is a nice grown man scent and one of my favorites. It’s getting harder to find but it’s worth it. Keep the positive energy Jeff and salute. 👍🏾
I have two signature scents. For the spring and summer, Versace Dylan Blue; for fall, Versace Eros. I will have to try your recommendations and expand my collection.
At least 8 of these colognes you won't find at the average Sephora or Perfume mania. I have 3 recommendations. 1- Montblanc Explorer. 2- Armani Code Absolu. 3 - Perry Elis 360 Black. All are great year round and last a good while.
All your videos are quite helpful and amazing Love them all Another cologne that is nice for older men is Versace Eros which has a nice earthy scent thst wears well across the board Thanks for the tips
Colonia is a classic, for sure, though it doesn’t last long. Grey Vetiver is a great one! I rock that spring to fall and generally always get a comment from someone.
As a 55 year old "seasoned" brother, who is not a very huge fan of fragrances but when I rock one it is "Silver Shadow" by Davidoff. Great job again OG😊❤🎉💯🫡.
Gentlemen while visiting London was able to purchase Penhaligon's Sartorial and their signature Opus 1870, both are amazing scents for that distinguished fella. If ever in London treat yourself to a visit to their Regent street shop you won't be disappointed.. Yes Terre D'Hermes is as advertised by Style OG..
(53) Because i travel a lot, it's hard to nail down a signature scent because of climates. But I go with two mainly: PDM Sedly in warmer climates, and Nishane Ani when it's colder.
I wear (40s m) prada luna rossa black, i have allergies and like an understated scent. Ladies compliment it and it don't annoy the whole office or my nose
@The Style O.G: That acqua di Parma colognia is AMAZING! I sampled it, and it's worth the $$$. The valentino smells great, and I'll cop it as well. I'll check out that tom ford grey vetiver. Check out LV colognes like L'ombre nomad, les sables roses, and imagination. They are AMAZING and perform VERY WELL. Keep up the great work brotha!
Hey Jeff, I’m a 77 year old widower that has an active social life. I can only buy one cologne- I was thinking of Tom Ford Grey Vetiver. What would you recommend? Jerry in Chicago
I never have to worry nor wonder for spring and summer: Bay Rum, always! Not something cheap, though it ought not need to be pricey. One that utilizes an old formula. Never come across a lady who didn’t love it! Fall and Winter for me are far less certain, I admit. Though, after my current gf, and ex-wife (we’re still buddies) and another ex-gf and an another couple of gal buddies all agreeing…. I was forced/compelled to grab Acqua Di Gio. Simple. Straightforward and sharp. Nice for the cold months. Feels good. Just go super subtle with it.
I would suggest Ralph Lauren Polo Green and Black, Dolce & Gabbana The One for older, more seasoned men in the cooler months. Mont Blanc Individuel or Presence and John Varvatos Artesian Blue for warm weather months.
Say what you may, the only juice I rock in Fall/Winter is Grey Flannel. Believe it or not, I still get mad compliments. I had this one female literally place her face on the sweater I was wearing and inhale. I'm a young looking, old Head (56). She was probably in her early 30s so shes probably never smelled it before. Facts. 😁 7:24
Yes sir. Colonia, sartorial, Oud wood, yes Don’t know the Gucci, Valentino or Hermes. But I’ll take Ambre Narguille or Cuir D’Ange from Hermes all day. If your creed Aventus is 2017 or before, then yes. If it’s newer, then Royal Oud or Bois de Portugal. Other must fragrances for us OGs: Jul et Mad Amour Palozzo Hayari Paris Evening Signature Scents of Wood Sandlewood in Oak Boadicea the Victorius Blue Sapphire or Love Poison Clive Christian X or Amber Wood Roja - Scandal or Reckless (OG pour homme not the new bottles) Tuziana Terenzi - Borelli Chanel Exclusifs Eau de Cologne or Coromandel MFK Grand Soir Tom Ford Beau de Jour or Plum Japonais Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille
This senior guy has learned enough to know that I wear that which my girlfriend likes. If she likes it, I like it. For her, Parfume Jean Paul Gaultier eau de toilette. My go-to for a number of years now.
I found a cologbe at tjmaxx called cobalt and vetiver sport in a blue bottle...man I get a lot of compliments from the 30 and up crowd, more than my green irish tweed. Another one is davidoff goodlife...man!
I'm 60 years old and wear Dior- Sauvage. When I am out and about (Food stores, etc. you name it) I get stopped a few times a month from women ages 30 -60 asking me what I am wearing and how much they love it. (If was not married I'm pretty sure I'd have a date each night after the conversation 😂😂)
Me? I like Old Spice, Hi Karate, and Brut. LOL! Just kiddin'. I do have the Tom Ford Oud Wood. Also, Jo Malone's version of Oud Wood. In the Creed franchise I have Green Irish Tweed instead of Adventus. I also like Santal33, Barakat Rouge540 by Maison, and Haltane by Parfum de Marly. I'm 62.
I’m a fan of Aramis. I’ve been wearing it for over 50 years. I was gifted by my high school sweet heart. I should have married her. She was a head of her time
Yikes. Tom Ford Oud wood for around $200.00?????? No way I can justify that. While I appreciate your videos and recommendations these manufactures are way too pricey.
But what do all these terms used in describing the characteristics of these cologne mean? The real-life smell of some of the names, such as Earth, doesn't seem appealing to the nose.
One day my father calls me he said i want some of that colonge you wear something good i sent him a bottle Grey Vetiver the last Christmas gift I would ever buy him it will always be in my collection

I’m sorry for your loss

It's nice to know I have three that's on the list: Aventus, Oud Wood, and Wood Sage and Sea salt. Tremendous content as usual!
As always, great content. Will definitely check a few of these out once I get back home (South Africa). One of my all-time favourites is still Acqua di Gio. You can't go wrong with this frsh scent.
I was in Zara clothing store and I noticed they had a decent cologne collection, it’s worth checking out.
I blind buy all of your recommendations. You have not led me a stray yet. Thanks my friend.

Hey Jeff! Don't think for a second, brother, that we didn't notice that fly ass timepiece on your wrist.👍🏾 Excellent video, as always!
At least 8 of these colognes you won't find at the average Sephora or Perfume mania. I have 3 recommendations. 1- Montblanc Explorer. 2- Armani Code Absolu. 3 - Perry Elis 360 Black. All are great year round and last a good while.

That born in Roma green extravaganza is my next pick up! How is the longevity? And the sillage?
How about Jade East or Brut!!!!
Some pretty classy offerings here brother. I like "Bois Du Portugal" by Creed. Now that's a scent for an older gentleman.
I went to test spray jazz club but fell for replica autumn vibes. Great fall/winter scent.

I think LV Symphony is my all time favorite.
Just picked up 2 TomFord scents this past weekend
Hopefully one of them was the Oud Wood. That to me is his best scent. I also have "Fucking Fabulous" by Tom Ford in a body spray ($100).
@@jayhooks6031 ombré leather and beau de jour

Love the cologne videos 😍😍 all your suggestions are on point💯
I'm thankful that you made this video. Most colognes seems to be targeted to the young heads.
My pleasure!
If you are inside all day in the winter, does it matter what cologne you wear?

Gucci Guilty: Sour Apple is surprisingly good.
Bobby B checking in ✊🏾
Bobby!
I personally don't see fragrances through the lens of age or gender. If I like the scent I will wear it.
It's all about the Brut by Faberge and Old Spice my friend.
Ha!
Ganymede should be on here, that stuff exudes ultimate masculinity.
Grey Vetiver is a classic.
Classic!
Oud Wood by Tom Ford is a personal favorite of mine. I now want to definitely try Grey Vetiver because of your recommendation
Thanks for a very informative video. A high-quality cologne will definitely help a man move to the front of the pack.
