Just made these today and I’m so happy with how they turned out. Crispy on the outside, soft, savoury (garlic buttery), sweet and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be making these again 🤤 Thank you so much for the recipe ❤️
@@ivyt7052 hello! The best way to to actually freeze the bread is before you cut it and put cream cheese in it. Whenever you want it thaw it out the day before or day of and then proceed to make the bread. If you already baked it then after its cooled you can wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in a air tight container. Then you can hold it in the fridge for up to a week. For freezing cream cheese itself its not the best consistency whenever its frozen and defrosted, it becomes fat starts to separate and becomes watery and curdled.
This is honestly my new favorite Quarantine Snack! I actually saw your Blog and it inspired me to use this snack as an example for one of my press release paper for school! 🥰
I love this, it looks so good!! I am so glad you both created this recipe because I have been seeing it on instagram and finally wanted to try making it myself hahah
Hello! The garlic bread custard is just enough for the amount of bread we made (6 breads) but if for some reason you have too much then you can simply put it in a bag, label it, and freeze it for whenever you want to use it! We actually have some in our freezer haha for those days we crave it.
I tried this but the dough did not become smooth like in the video :( Should I add more water? I tried to knead it instead because it was too dry for my mixer to handle. Not as smooth or elastic as the one shown here. After kneading, it still wasnt smooth :(
Hello! Yes you can add 2 Tbsp of water at a time. Up to 1/4 cup of water. It depends on your environment, such as the humidity. But also it can depend on how the flour was measured. Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions!
Hi! If you only have instant dry yeast, you can skip the yeast activation process and add the instant yeast straight into the flour, along with all the dough ingredients, except butter. After that, you can follow the recipe as is. Hope this helps!
Hello! Yes you can use bread flour, you would jist have to lower the amount needed because it absorbs more moisture. As for the fat part, not having it does not make it much drier, we didn't add any because the garlic butter added is very fatty and heavy it wasn't required.
hi i want to make this today, but it looks like theres going to be extra of the garlic butter mixture. Should i half the recipe of just the garlic butter mixture or is there something you can do with the extra
Hi Zeba! When we made these cream cheese garlic breads, we did not have much garlic mixture leftover. Most likely because our dough was a little drier. If you have leftover garlic mixture, you can store it in an airtight container and freeze it for another use.

Hello, how long can the bread stay at room temperature before it goes bad?

I only have instant dry yeast, how should the recipe go? Thank you!

Hello! For the flour, can I weigh it instead? If so, how many grams should it be? Thank you. ♥️
Yea of course! Its about 560 grams of AP flour
Thank you so much! ♥️
Can we use bread flour instead of AP flour? Also, I noticed that you do not add any fats to your bread dough, will this cause the bread to be drier?
