  • How to make a Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread. This recipe yields 8 yummy buns.
    BUNS:
    Ingredients:
    ½ cup water (125ml)
    ½ cup fresh milk (125ml)
    1 egg
    2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
    3¼ cup all purpose flour (405g)
    ¼ cup sugar (50g)
    1 tsp salt (5g)
    3 tablespoons softened butter (40g) (salted or unsalted)
    CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
    Ingredients:
    200grams cream cheese (softened)
    2 tbsp sugar (20g)
    3 tbsp heavy cream or all purpose cream (30g)
    GARLIC BUTTER:
    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup melted salted butter (120g)
    1 egg
    1-2 tbsp condensed milk
    2 tbsp heavy cream
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    KOREAN:
    한식 크림 치즈 마늘 빵 만드는 법.
    번스 :
    성분 :
    물 1/2 컵 (125ml)
    신선한 우유 ½ 컵 (125ml)
    계란 1 개
    인스턴트 효모 2 티스푼 (6g)
    다용도 밀가루 3¼ 컵 (405g)
    ¼ 컵 설탕 (50g)
    1 작은 술 소금 (5g)
    연화 버터 3 테이블 스푼 (40g) (염 또는 무염)
    크림 치즈 필링 :

    크림 치즈 200 그램 (연화)

    성분 :
    소금에 절인 버터 1/2 컵 (120g)
    계란 1 개
    1-2 tbsp 농축 우유

    다진 마늘 2 큰술
    다진 파슬리 1 큰술
    ARABIC:
    كيفية صنع خبز الثوم بالجبنة الكورية.
    أرداف:
    مكونات:
    ½ كوب ماء (125 مل)
    ½ كوب حليب طازج (125 مل)
    1 بيضة
    2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية (6 جم)
    3¼ كوب طحين لجميع الأغراض (405 جم)
    ¼ كوب سكر (50 جم)
    1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح (5 جم)
    3 ملاعق طعام من الزبدة الطرية (40 جم) (مملح أو غير مملح)
    تعبئة الجبن الكريمي:
    مكونات:
    200 جرام جبن كريمي (مخفف)
    2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر (20 جم)
    3 ملاعق كبيرة كريمة ثقيلة أو كريم متعدد الأغراض (30 جم)
    زبدة الثوم:
    مكونات:
    1/2 كوب زبدة مملحة (120 جرام).
    1 بيضة
    1-2 ملعقة كبيرة حليب مكثف
    2 ملعقة كبيرة كريمة ثقيلة
    2 ملعقة كبيرة ثوم مفروم
    1 ملعقة كبيرة بقدونس مفروم
    PORTUGUESE:
    Como fazer um pão de alho com queijo creme coreano.
    BOLOS:
    Ingredientes:
    ½ xícara de água (125ml)
    ½ xícara de leite fresco (125 ml)
    1 ovo
    2 colheres de chá de fermento instantâneo (6g)
    3¼ xícara de farinha de trigo (405g)
    ¼ xícara de açúcar (50g)
    1 colher de chá de sal (5g)
    3 colheres de sopa de manteiga amolecida (40g) (salgada ou sem sal)
    CREME DE QUEIJO DE CREME:
    Ingredientes:
    200 gramas de queijo creme (amolecido)
    2 colheres de sopa de açúcar (20g)
    3 colheres de sopa de creme de leite ou creme de uso geral (30g)
    MANTEIGA DE ALHO:
    Ingredientes:
    1/2 xícara de manteiga com sal derretida (120g)
    1 ovo
    1-2 colheres de sopa de leite condensado
    2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite
    2 colheres de sopa de alho picado
    1 colher de sopa de salsa picada
    SPANISH:
    Cómo hacer un pan de ajo y queso crema coreano.
    Bollos:
    Ingredientes:
    ½ taza de agua (125 ml)
    ½ taza de leche fresca (125 ml)
    1 huevo
    2 cucharaditas de levadura instantánea (6 g)
    3¼ taza de harina para todo uso (405 g)
    ¼ taza de azúcar (50 g)
    1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
    3 cucharadas de mantequilla ablandada (40 g) (salada o sin sal)
    RELLENO DE QUESO EN CREMA:
    Ingredientes:
    200 gramos de queso crema (ablandado)
    2 cucharadas de azúcar (20 g)
    3 cucharadas de crema espesa o crema para todo uso (30 g)
    MANTEQUILLA DE AJO:
    Ingredientes:
    1/2 taza de mantequilla salada derretida (120 g)
    1 huevo
    1-2 cucharadas de leche condensada
    2 cucharadas de crema espesa
    2 cucharadas de ajo picado
    1 cucharada de perejil picado

    I just tried this!! Sobrang sarap!!! Ang lambot ng bread and yung filling and butter sauce!! I was surprised kasi ung measurement saktong sakto haha. Walang kulang, tira sa filling and butter sauce.

    I just made this.
    I'm not really into creamcheese but it was amazing! The buns were the best buns i've ever made. Gonna use this recept more for bread. Not gonna lie. It took me 3 hours for this. But it was worth it. Family enjoyed it.

    Thanks for explaining the difference between the two types of yeast. I actually have both (since the virus hit I couldn't find any yeast anywhere.     I made this on weekend and it’s delicious and I love it and I gave some to my friend neighbors and they love it also they said it’s their first time trying this which same with me.. I will try more of your recipe this weekend those cheese bread, cheese rolls and sausage rolls for kids..     I never made bread before but it turned out really great! My only mistake was not letting it rise longer (it's perfect, just feels like it could be fluffier). IT IS SO DELICIOUS THOO!! As a beginner, my arms were so tired I had to ask my brother to knead it for me halfway through lol. thank you for tje recipe ♡

    Thank you for the recipe, i know it’s best served and eaten when it’s freshly baked but can i make this ahead of time, like a day before? Will it change the quality of the bread? What do u suggest for storage to keep its freshness?

      You can bake the bread a day before serving. Keep it in an airtight container. Do not add yet the cream cheese filling and garlic butter. The next day you can now add the filling, garlic butter then bake again and it's ready to serve fresh from the oven. This is what I usually do.

    Hello i have tried your recipe, they are absolutely delicious. One problem i encounter sometimes is the dough gets more sticky when i knead it after a while. What could be the problem, lack of kneading or over kneading?

      @@imanechligui the recipe of the creamcheese mixture is a bit too sweet for my liking so i suggest that you lessen the amount of sugar :))

      Koreans taste differnt when it comes to adding sugar on anythin with salt, they like it more sweet than of salty taste, like their corndogs they put sugar, while Americans, dont, so if the baker is a korean, youd expect it, to taste like so, but compared to western style garlic bread no sugary taste.
      So id agree with lessening the sugar on the cheese filling like probably 1 to 1/2 tsp.

    I just made these delicious bread this afternoon. I started making the bread at 1030am and i just finished making them at 2am.
    Prepare yourself for long hours of making this bread.
    The recipe has a good balance of sweetness, creaminess and the garlic flavor is not that powerful. My 94 year old grandma loved it.
    The bread is soft, the filling is well balanced and the garlic butter sauce has the perfect balance.
    Try this if you don’t have anything to do this weekend like me!

      @@mitchlieloidezaleneelizaga4983 Can you please tell me how they came out using bread flour? I know it has a higher protein level but I just read that if you do use bread flour you will have to adjust the amount of liquid in the recipe. Po says same amount but I just want to be sure before I go with bread flour. Thanks ahead of time...

      @@tammiemartinez6485 Hi! Same lang po ang final product for me po sa bread :) Mas soft din po ang bread sa bread flour. Basta sundin niyo lang po yung procedure sa video. Godbless!
