You can move through previously typed commands by using keyboard arrow keys. Instead of copy pasting or re typing commands, just press up arrow key as many times as you need to get to that previously typed command (usually 1-2 times is enough).
@Rabid Mining a quick thank you. This helped me A LOT today. Finally got a linux miner running in my Windows with wsl. Really useful since the Kyla switch to CPU
You can also try virtualization like VMware Workstation, at least there was free version of it available. You can install the whole Linux distro with everything desktop included, and use it in a window under Windows. I recon also Windows has tools to achieve this, and probably few other solutions too.
Hope This Helps You Get WSL2 Going
Very much, thanks! the simple line "wsl --install" sucked on my laptop. You are very helpful
Rabid, thank you for making tutorials for us plebs. They're always understandable and easily relatable. Your dedication is greatly appreciated!
Glad you like them!

You should have installed WSL2 Kernel first befor install and run any distro
Just install a real GNU/Linux distro and discover how much fun and way superior it is compared to Windows :)
