This song is a personal tribute to one of my favorite singers ever, Jessye Norman. Her rendition of this song cannot be surpassed. However, I still love singing this because although the world is in a dark place, this song reminds me of who's got the world in His hands.

I'm surprised at how much I enjoy this performance.
There are just three small spots that cheapen it for me: 1:44, 2:07, and 2:15.
Your classical sound is really wonderful. If you are going to sing in a classical style stay in that style. If you want to sing pop, then sing it, but PLEASE avoid mixing the two styles, it compromises the music.
