There could be players sitting there with a fresh mindset towards drafting and macro play who could potentially all come together to disrupt this piss poor region by playing with some level of sentience. Franchised leagues basically guarantees players like this will never see the light of day. The current orgs and teams don't want to take the "risk" and will always prefer to recycle some washed up former world champion who will fit into the current playstyle and attitude of the team to continue their mediocrity, they will never recruit a new player and allow them to have any sort of say over the "veterans", that's why teams never learn to draft or build items, because they literally don't have to try anything new to keep their job. Plenty of games with open circuits new players and even entire teams come along regularly through open qualifiers and are able to disrupt the status quo; this can literally never happen in Riot leagues BY DESIGN.

I feel like alot of people will change the truth now that fudge is gone but he was incredibly successful domestically while on C9 yeah sometimes they lost series they shouldn't of but they also wouldn't of had a dynasty in the region without him. He really was kicked because of international performances and even then kinda bad reason when the entire team would usually be struggling together it's not like fudge was solo being gapped out of games and all other 4 roles were winning. If that was the case they would of won hopefully he finds another team I don't really think he is so bad he shouldn't be in the league
I dont necessarily disagree with your points but we have to remember that there are probably dozens of other x factors in their decision of benching/kicking him. Sneaky was a prime example of one of the greatest in his role domestically getting kicked after a poor worlds performance
Replacing someone is an inevitable thing and hopefully no one is trying to discredit fudge for it but at the end of the day C9 isn’t your friend and it’s highest priority is sponsors which you usually acquire by winning. So even when you’re the second best if they think they can get a better deal with someone else you’re probably gone
