Yuri Prado is such a solid and exceedingly soulful, highly skilled drummer. This kind of music is either lifted or ruined by the drummer no matter who is at the front of the stage. His sound and style is a large presence equally lifting this small trio to its greatest heights. I’ve never understood why his name isn’t showcased as well. Using a band name (excluding first names) such as “The Prado~ Wressnig Soul Brothers” or “The Prado~Wressnig Soul Connection” would at least not exclude his worthy and notable presence on any recordings or performances. Great drummers that create and hold a funky soulful groove are hard to find, and you’ve got one of the best. Just sayin’ … something to consider
