I don’t have much but I’ll keep doing the best I can.I’ve been fishing live fingered mullet for days now with no luck lol I think with all the other mullet that doesn’t have a hook in it. I have to be lucky. Good old uncle George would always say I’d rather be lucky than good I’m hoping for both.
Oh you have pufferfish and lizard fish too? 😂 They're both a plague in the Chesapeake lately. I usually use a lot of Gulp or Z Man or Salt Strong soft plastics but lately they're getting shredded in a few casts, even Z Man. So I'm starting to play with hard plastics again, I had a forced break from the saltwater and now I'm back at it. I just got a KVD wake bait, a few Corkies, and the Salt Strong Skinny Lipper to try. Today was too windy, hopefully tomorrow at dawn it will be nice. I'll definitely try topwater if the conditions are right.
Does sound matter?? especially highly pressured areas??im on east coast Tomoka Basin Area..i just cant seem 2 get bit.. frustrated.thx for lesson i will try ur retrieve for starters ❤👍

Sound gives you an advantage when fish are spread out, night trips or when fishing deeper zones
Topwater... the only way to fly. I still need to give the duke dog a try. What conditions do you prefer it to the rest of the lineup?
I like topwater anytime honestly but the best time is on pressure changes or low light for most anglers

I think all the time but low light or on barometer changes work the best
