Parents can be thankful their 3 year old was returned to them safe but when will they learn you can't leave your vehicle running in any part of the city. Someone is going to be lurking in the shadows especially at night waiting to jump into your vehicle and flee. Its sad that most people don't learn. I go to convenience stores and someone will always leave their vehicle running because they make the mistake of thinking they'll be in and out in less than a minute. A lot can happen in a minute and the customer who leaves his or her vehicle idling may wind up inside another additional minute or 2 then they planned.
