    Such a powerful and versatile artillery system! I was MLRS for over 21 years and helped field HIMARS with some of the best NCOs and contractors I've ever worked with. I can tell you that the dude on the bicycle's ears were ringing for days at a minimum. That was a VERY dangerous place to be. The front covers of the rocket tubes blow out at high speed and are heavy. They could easily kill you being that close.

      They didn't have the serialized gear shown. It is fine. This was my specialty vehicle at my unit. They didn't talk about how it uses a GPS guidance system for the rockets, which you can know just not details. They are not Marine Vets with us when we get our civilian either. Ours was former ARMY that assisted us and one guy who was the ranking civilian never served.
      Oh and the run flat system that makes this drive anywhere is on every 5ton chassis system which this is on a 5 ton chassis.
      The windows are only roughly 8 inches think with multiple windows. The cab can withstand a blast from the rockets it fires as well.

    15:21 For reference The Philippines "generally" uses spanish terms for it's people. For nations ending with "n" sounds, it's transformed into "-no" or "-niano"
    So Phillipine people are = Filipino (not Philippinise)
    Same with the below:
    American = Amerikano
    Indian = Indiano
    Chinese = Chino
    Australian = Australiano (Australyano)
    And so on. Exception to this is Japan.(As with all things in the world...)
    Great coverage BTW!
    At this point it's like your an official part of the Military Press LOL.
    Hope you get more coverage on warbirds soon! Though I believe it might be challenging to film

    PrSM is a whole different beast than the ATACMS and it is something that will keep Chinese up at night.
    PrSM missile with upto a 1000km range and have the ability to hit moving objects ie ships. So basically it will be ASBM capable of being launched from the 6x6 Himars. Of course the Chinese DF-21 and DF-26 still outrange and packs massive punch but it has one big problem.
    Those two are carried on the massive 10x10 and 12x12 (can see that TEL from space) truck with little to no off-road capability/deployability/mobility.
    Putting PrSM on 6x6 Himars chassis, being smaller means it can be transported by C-130 (potentially by CH-53K helicopter too) , more off road capable and be deployed on a wider range of remote areas (not just on flat piece of road) making it unpredictable for the PLA Navy. Just ask the Russians how that Himars hunting is going for them.
    The other is the recent Tomahawk attached unmanned 4x4 JLTV chassis. Has the same range as DF-21 and although subsonic can still hit ship and carry massive punch. This one, not only can C-130 carry a few, but it can be even air-transported and air-dropped by Osprey, CH-47 and CH-53 (and possibly by V-280) too. To exterminate this threat China would literally have to spend every munition destroying any 4x4 they see on satellite to guarantee that its ship would not be targeted. I do not know about you but that is a battle China would lose. Far more 4x4 in circulation than missiles.

I get a weird sensation of "Proudness" when I see, not just another upload, but better quality, better production, witty jokes, references, ON TOP OF boring factual information that you transform into an Interesting, beautiful, elegant story that this "picky eater" (ME) can digest comfortably. In fact , I could go for seconds :) I am glad you're doing well (I assume) and can't wait to see you grow some more... and you know, i AM proud :)) I CAN'T WAIT TO WATCH THIS, LET ME GET MY FOOD!!

      Yep. Though it's important to remember there's a difference between changing the game and winning it. There really are politicians who believe that a few "game changers" should have won the war in Ukraine.

    Very good video for watching while eating my breakfast :)
    Though it would of been cool to hear what type of gases came out from the rockets when fired and how might they have affect the soldiers if they were not protected inside the cabin.
    Those camouflage netting was very cool to see, from the outside and then from the inside!

    GMLRS flies roll stabilized so those spiral guides in the MLRS launch tubes are a problem. Fixed by putting the fin section on bearings so it spins while the rocket doesn't.
