As someone with limited and flawed understanding of nutrition you've really helped me iron out my concepts. Love you content. Supporting you in hopes that you continue to grow and reach more people. ❤
After years of yo-yo "dieting" I've been trying to readjust my disordered way of eating and this video sums up what I want my future to look like completely! I've been calorie counting for a few months and lost 18lbs so far, it's been slow but steady and my mindset is slowly shifting so I'm gradually getting out of the restrict:binge cycle which is my main goal.
Agreed. This is sensible advice. After years of dieting and food demonising it’s hard to introduce some foods back into the diet without feeling guilty. I am still trying to unteach myself these things and concentrate on portion control and calorie deficit without giving up the odd treat. Just the other day I swapped out a chicken and bacon sandwich for a tuna one. Saved over 100 calories and enjoyed it all the same. Small but smart changes over the rest of my lifetime will allow me to be flexible, healthier and I might even lose some fat. Slow and steady. We need more of you on every platform to educate, thank you for being so real 😊
Totally true. One tricky part for me is that I can tell myself each day “tomorrow I’ll adjust my plan again”. And there’s always a new tomorrow. That way I gained weight. It helps me to flip this around. To stick to healthy, good tasting and satisfying choices for a couple of days, whilst promising myself I can choose for a pizza and/or ice cream in the following weekend. And then really enjoy it.
Great video, you talk complete sense. For me, I go for the 80 / 20 approach ie sensible eating 80% of the time, and I can look forward to pizza and red wine at the weekend! Losing weight doesn't need to be complicated and has to fit in with the ups and downs of real life. And sensible, gradual weight loss is sustainable
Thank you so much for your videos and social media posts. I've struggled for FOREVER with my weight. What I recently realized is that I have to work on my mindset. These videos are helpful to remind me that it's not what I eat in one day that matters, rather what I eat in one month, year, etc.
Thanks - I’m struggling as having moved to the US too much tasty food in far too large portions and put on weight meaning I can’t train as well - vicious circle!
Next time someone starts talking about detox tee, I will redirect them straight to your channel!!Thank you so much for this realistic approach to food & diet culture.
Appreciate each and every one piece of your content! And love the longer YT versions as well as the time stamping! This is so realistic, and it does not only apply to food, it applies to many aspects of one's life...I can definitely parallel this to productivity and work-life balance :D.
Thanks to you I am back on track, to shift 10lbs, I've lost 3lbs in last 2 weeks, cheers😊

Thankyou! Sensible doable plan and advice! The old saying 'a little of what you fancy does you good' really applies! 😊
You are absolutely right I've been doing Weight watchers here in the US and this is their approach which is why it works for me.
Graeme's approach has very little to do with Weight Watchers. Do a little more digging into Graeme's work and you will realise that!
Great video, I like your approach to a livable diet
