Hahahaha I'm sorry but that"s funny, never got glue in my eyes, I set my fingers on fire once with superglue lol.

Invincible My tube just burst and all the glue went everywhere and I wanted to salvaged what I was making and everything got so warm it almost went up in flamms lol

how do you refrain from building your kits?
I usually come across the problem of building all my kits (usually 4) in just 3 weeks.
any help would be appreciated

Ik ben in de modelbouw winkel in overloon geweest en die hadden echt bijna niks
ben ik voor 3 weken geleden ook geweest, ze hadden echt bar weinig, en nog duur ook!
boer harms ja en echt gigantisch groot modelbouw staan op het bord en ik dacht daar ga ik wat kopen maar nee
The World War Tube die modelbouw winkel is weg en is nu een andere eigenaar geworden, en die heeft er een hobby winkel van gemaakt. Daarvoor had hij heel veel.
Okay now I don't feel so bad about my collection :-) but at least mine are mostly small scale (1:72 or 1:76).

Wow really nice kits. I built models from age 8 - 22 or so and moved on . Then about 7 years ago I wanted to try again and nobody around here sells kits these days. I looked online and 1. they are too expensive and 2. I dont trust sight unseen kits. Shame.
Daehawk Best way you can get cheap kits is at scale model shows. And a good international online hobby shop is hobbylink japan.
I was really disappointed by this. A lot of really old stuff. None of the great kits by Dragon are to be seen. Some of this stuff I don't think you could sell for anything but a pittance.
F. W. Sauerteig sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not a modeling store maybe the people saying I am confused you, also I don't really care about the new Dragon kits, only for the Japanese onces that is.
I can't find one store that sells models like those for less than $35.00 apiece.

Fantastic collection. I have 168 in my own stash, 1/35 armour and 1/48 aircraft. 95% German. Been interested in model kits since I started building Airfix kits in the early 1970's. Thank you for taking the time to show us your kit stash.

Those Tristar figure kits are like gold dust. Brilliantly sculpted and molded, but no longer available
his1ojd I did not know that, and that's pretty sad.
Unfortunately Tristar closed business a couple of years back. HobbyBoss have bought the vehicle molds, but I'm yet to see the figure range reappear.
In America, those many models would cost way past 1,000$ . You have a small fortune there.

@@Don_Camillo I don't think you'll find it in Europe as Lindbergh was never widely sold here, but you never know.

You could open up your own hobby store! Nice stash of kits. My stash is tiny compared to yours! I have 23 in my stash, all 1/35th.

I have the Kubelwagen with cold starter kit too, never thought it was rare. Mind you I've had it for 10+ years, still in the box!

Oliver Prell : das geht sogar noch... würde ich meinen Modellbauvorrat hier präsentieren, würden die Leute mich gleich für verrückt erklären und das sind noch nicht mal 1/ 35 Modelle.... meine Frau hat das 8 Jahre lang mitgemacht, doch jetzt ist Schluss.
