Season 4 Episode 5 " Mirror Mirror"
Foreman returns to Princeton-Plainsboro and is assigned to oversee House's candidates. A man (Frank Whaley) is mugged and suffers from a respiratory arrest. Though he has no memories of who he is, he can read the personality of the most dominant person in the room, applying it to himself to create a temporary identity. This is due to a rare disease known as Giovannini Mirror Syndrome. House becomes intrigued by the accuracy of this judge of character and manipulates the patient to judge others, while a team member wonders if House is more dominant than Cuddy.

@@alexanderpalacios649the test was to see who was more dominant, House or Cuddy. The man says that Cuddy has great boobs, which would typically mean house because he's interested in her sexually but Cuddy says it could also be her because she takes great pride in her figure and looks.

I love that at the end, House won't let Foreman walk alongside him until Foreman admits he wants to stay, and House aknowledges that against all odds, he did change. Then they walk side by side, like peers.
Indeed, that seems like finally House admits Foreman to be exceptional for actually breaking one of House's spoken rules "people dont change"

There are lot of episodes that show that Chase will be the next House, but this episode showed that Foreman was going to be the next Cuddy

Honestly 3:00 was just such good acting. The change in her expression was so subtle but it depicted her emotions so explicitly. Her right eyebrow only barely rose, her eyes didn't even widen and basically only her mouth changed shape but it was all that was needed to convey her change in mindset 😂

If that was true, she wouldn't need birth-control pills. At this point, she didn't want to have baby, that will come little later.
@@HanithSVK I mean, yeah, maybe. On the other hand, birth control and hormones are every now and then grouped together, and on top of that sometimes women take hormones while trying to get pregnant. Cuddy, being an MD in mid or late 30s would be smart to be taking hormones part of a fertility treatment... and replacing those with random vitamins would likely hurt the fertility treatment. I know, it's a long shot and House is smarter than that, he wouldn't say "birth control" if it was progesterone. But hey, it would be a nice twist.
Cuddy really, REALLY needs a fingerprint-controlled electronic lock for her office door. Even House wouldn't be able to get through that.

The name House pays tribute to the medical acronym HOUSE (History Of USE). This terminology is used to denote when a patient has a history of drug use or addiction.
I thought it had to do with it being a play on Sherlock, Holmes, House. Wilson, Watson.

David Shore (creator of the show) has said that the name House is a reference to Sherlock Holmes (in reference to how "Holmes" sounds like "Homes", thus House). The connections extend beyond his name, with House playing multiple instruments like Sherlock, and most obviously that they share the same address, as House lives at house number 221-B on Baker Street
