Patrik can we STOP with the LT talk. LT could dominate in every game against every team. Micah only dominates against the weaker opponents and dissappears against the stronger opponents. Check the stats they don't lie. Micah will never be as great as he wants to be because he's too selfish. He thinks he knows it all and the fact of the matter is he doesn't and that shows against the better offensive lines.
Please. Micah just turned 25 two weeks ago. Lawrence Taylor didn't even record a double digit sack season until he was 25.
Micah may not be LT yet but even LT wasn't LT at this early stage of his career. LT really went off at age 27 in 1986. Most football players don't reach their prime until 27, 28.
It's WAY too soon to put a cap on Micah's growth as a player, and if he keeps working at his craft he has a better chance than anyone else to end up with a career similar to Lawrence Taylor's
@@aaronchapman3 Hey genius you do realize that back in the early 80s the game was different and wasn't so pass happy as it is today which allows for more sack opportunities. If LT was playing in today's NFL he would've shattered sack records and Micah is also benefiting with 17 games not 16 and two strike shortened seasons that LT endured

Zimmer may not have ever had a Micah but he had a Deion Sanders in 1995 and I would argue that Deion in 1995 was better than Micah in 2024.
How can you argue something you haven’t seen yet ?
This Cowboys team (2021-23) is similar to the Cowboys of the late 1960's (next year's champions). Lots of talent, lots of regular season success, quick playoff exits.

it was never about the money. it was about his performance and attitude
The bottom line is the team hasn't been good enough. That is management putting together a complete team. The players finishing and the coaching staff actually winning their matchup with the opposing staff. All of this other stuff is secondary. It is just talk. Dak is a great leader but he can't seem to stop the bleeding when he feels his teammates failing. What did Micah do? Lamb was pouting after the first drive. Our three best players. At some point the talk has to stop and winning when the lights are brightest must replace it.
I'd like to see how player contracts correlate to ticket prices on game day. If you have pay 200 plus for a nosebleed seat something is wrong.

We have had tons of great players who uplift their teams without being vocal leaders. Tyron Smith & Trevon Diggs they’re quiet personalities but when you make big plays and bring the intensity everyday in padded practice man it’s big
Micah is a one trick pony, he is not LT, he is not Reggie White, he is not smart enough to play linebacker.

Dak not showing up for the third year in a row is a bigger issue. He’s the most important position and takes up 30% of the salary cap. Not to mention the team’s performance flows through the QB. It can be pretty demoralizing, and exhausting, to a defense to have your QB go three and out the first half and giving you bad field position.

You must’ve not watched the game. With two minutes left in the half Dak was 3 for 7 with less than twenty yards then threw a pick 6. The defense can’t play QB. You do realize that it’s the offense that scores points, right? Or at least they are expected to.
Dak being the most important position on the field must’ve gone over your head, but ya, trying making an excuse for Dak. And yes, making 30% of the cap is a big deal. That means you’re expected to carry the team, but Dak can’t carry a team-he needs talent around him-and even then he makes poor choices (pick 6)
