This is a great model! After this year Richmond switched to being a spec builder (you may already be aware of this). They currently have two of the Seth models that will be available soon, in the Mead at Southshore community. One will be available in August and it just had an $89k price cut and is priced at $917,095 and another one will be available in September and is currently priced at $1,014,095. I would love to meet up with yourself and your wife to look at homes when you're back. It doesn't cost you anything to work with a Realtor, the builder pays the commission and they won't let the home buyer keep the commission. Typically, I save my clients tens of thousands of dollars on their home purchase and on the sale of their homes. It looks like they are building a Seth across the street from me. That house is huge!
