This is a great model! After this year Richmond switched to being a spec builder (you may already be aware of this). They currently have two of the Seth models that will be available soon, in the Mead at Southshore community. One will be available in August and it just had an $89k price cut and is priced at $917,095 and another one will be available in September and is currently priced at $1,014,095. I would love to meet up with yourself and your wife to look at homes when you're back. It doesn't cost you anything to work with a Realtor, the builder pays the commission and they won't let the home buyer keep the commission. The builders pay the Realtors commission and they don't let homeowners keep the commission they would be paying out, if you don't work with one. I'd love to help you with the buying process. @@SPSteve Oh, ok. There are definitely some differences in not only build quality, but also the types of material that the builders install as a standard feature versus an upgrade. For instance a 2" quartz countertop being standard versus 1", 2 1/4" baseboards versus 4", etc. If you'd like for me to get you any information on the builders, the areas, etc., just let me know! The way you are seeing the home in the video is will all upgrades, there's nothing standard. This home finishes out at about $590,000 - the high $600,000 depending on the options and lot premium. The size of the kitchen is 9'10"X13'8", the dining room is 11"0"X11'0" and the great room is 14'0"X14'8". Westerly and Parkdale are going to have a lot of trails. Colliers Hill has 15 miles of multi-use trails, Flatiron Meadows is not a new community, but it's one with a lot of trails. A few other options would be that you could have the windows frosted or even tinted to where you can see out, but people can't see in. Thank you for your comment! I agree with you, I don't like the entry way that much either. I like the layout of the 6150 the best. This development is a new master planned community and in this area, it's pretty close to Boulder, so prices are pretty high. I could defiantly see this home like many others in the Denver Metro area being much less expensive in more rural areas. The prices have really sky rocketed here!
