I so relate to this - using music to heal. In May 2020, I was out running and was hit by a pickup truck. It fractured my back. And it was at the peak of the pandemic so no one could be with me in the ambulance or at the hospital. In the fall of 2022, at age 38, I started writing and recording original music for the firs time ever, after being afraid of singing publicly most of my life. I released my second song called Didn’t See It Coming two and a half years after my accident as part of my healing process ❤️ Saw you perform at SHRM, Kelly, and you ROCKED it!
Glad he's doing okay. I almost lost my own Mom this year to a motorcycle accident. His perspective on 'It didn't just hurt me, but everyone that cared for me... like almost losing me.' That hit home. Jeremy Renner has always come across as a decent guy in interviews, this one and his CBS Sunday morning segment, really show an alright guy.

He was crushed under a snow plow trying to save his nephew. Thank God he survived that terrible accident! He could have easily died from multiple internal injuries & crushed bones!
