Your tutorials are so spot on in terms of being useful. I have a request for 2 more tutorials - how to hide out of stock items from search results and how to push of stock items to the bottom of the collection page automatically or hide them completely from the collection page.

Hi Ed, Do you cover how to make your product grid evenly. I have been able to make images all aligned, but product titles are now throwing my product grid out making them all uneven. Any help would be great.
That would be cool, but no I haven't seen something like that yet. It's not a CSS framework - I don't think the Shopify devs had this as a priority while building it.

Not sure what you mean exactly by "global", but Dawn is now the default theme when you open a new Shopify store. It replaces Debut. Therefore, it will be the most common theme out there, which is a good thing - lots of tutorials and support if you're having problems.
