Correct me if I'm wrong.
When u say that these are examples of UCM, then that means the u are moving with constant angular (SPEED). But is it so? Does the angular speed of the vehicle in case of curved horizontal road or wall of death etc remains constant?
Yes, if one can keep their Angular speed constant then only these concept will be applicable.

So in that case it's not the example of UCM...I think you can Call it as example of Centripetal force rather
We have to consider that these object are moving with constant speed.
On the basis of it can drive the expression for their maximum speed, minimum speed and most safe speed.

I agree to you but my suggestion is, it should not be considered as example of UCM (because that is only a special case) but as an example of Centripetal force (because that's the general case).
Otherwise it's fine.
