Shared your channel with my daughter. I freeze a lot of cut up peppers and onions. Any hints to keep the ice crystals it of there?

It's hard to eliminate the ice completely but the best thing I've found is to freeze on a cookie sheet in a single layer then pack them into small ziplock bags and try to get as much air out as you can. I don't know if someone else can chime in but as long as they're not stored in the freezer for long periods of time it works out ok. Hope this helps :)

Not everyone can afford those. Here in Alaska things are very expensive
