Really wonderful how Siquijor has shaken off its old image, thanks to our DOT and foreign vloggers like you who showcase it. Before, when people find out you're from there, you'll usually hear them jokingly ask if you're a "mangkukulam" (someone who practices black magic or vodoo), because that's all it was known for. But now, when Siquijor is mentioned. what comes to mind is Cambugahay Falls and cliff jumping. :)
You are always very lucky with the weather. It's always epic scenery, appears in the video. We're very spoiled in giving us good content. Way more to go with 7000 islands toexplore
Agreed! We've never had a rain-out in all these years, especially in the Philippines. We've encountered plenty of rain, but never constant... just the showers that come and go, allowing us to still do our adventures and film our content! 🙏🏼
Was at Siquijor 10 years ago, beautiful island. Went to the falls, onlu us and three local boys. no platform or fence..just a swingrope...my kids ( then 9 and 11) had a great time jumping with the other boys. People was so friendly on Siquijor.

Intramuros and that general area would be much bigger and more preserved if the Americans didn’t bomb the entire city.
So Funny when Filipinos were saving money to go to US for Disney. Now Americans are going to Philippines to go for raw untamed adrenaline and beautiful nature.

Those local attractions & places visited by foreigners in the Philippines, i've been there, done that. Actually, there are many, many more Philippine tourist spots that foreign tourists have not seen & visited, like my province, Isabela, Region 2. We have caves, beaches and other touristry places to visit. I have been to many provinces in the Philippines, my favorite being Cebu. Region 1 (Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan) have a lot to offer tourists.

You might want to checkout some virgin islands in leyte, last August first time i visited Limasawa Island (historical place), Canigao Island, Digyo Island and Mahaba Island. There are still more islands to explore. The videos you see online doea not justify how beautiful these places are.
You should not skip Cebu Archipelagic Province and Bohol, Camarines Sur, El Nido-Coron, Masbate, Camiguin and Dinagat Islands. North and South Cotabato are also interesting place but the security concern is a big problem.

husband speaking - about 15 years my wife went through a period of depression. She wanted to go back to Cebu as her relative said there was a Shaman that could help. We went through a couple of these ( Doctors ? ) Going into our condo, this ? witch Dr. went in first and found a dead small bird on the floor. I imagine how that got there with all the windows shut. This was supposed to be a evil spell. Some of the things I saw still amaze me and no matter how long my wife has been in the U.S., stories from her parents and grand parents about magic and spells never quite leave the Filipino. When we started to build our house on Vistamar Resort, a Witch Dr. was called in to bless the property and ask the spirits living there if they minded these new folks moving onto the land. This included the killing of a poor chicken.
You might be surprised how many viewers have mentioned the Siquijor witchcraft stuff to us... and if you Google it, there's tons on it. Obviously, we're just having fun with it :)
Critterhunter, I was looking forward that you and your Filipina partner would like barbecue some fish (Pompano) and some Octopus and drink some Sanmig with the awesome family. Gotta have resto and food in your vlog peoples. A must. I’m just sayin’.
