Unlikely. People could grow their own vegetables, but many don't. Anybody who grows cannabis knows it is a lot of work, lot of monitoring...ect. Your climate can also make it easier or harder. The industry can rely on the most people not wanting to put the effort/money in their own harvest, even if its a good deal in the long term.
It's not like they test the tabbaco for any reason why it's killing rhe users... Why test so much for weed? Then we should ban the alcohol and tabbaco? This is twisted...
