TemoTakesOn: Gear Up For Housing 25 KM Ride Fundraiser

Join me on Saturday May 13, 2023 as I take on the 9th bike ride to raise money to support St. Clare’s. Launched in 2013, Gear Up for Housing raises funds that go directly towards addressing homelessness by building new deeply affordable apartments in Toronto. An example of this in Gear Ups past is when riders in 2019 helped us fund our 22 unit expansion in Kensington Market, which people started making their home in the summer of 2020.
This year, we are rallying to create 25 new units of affordable housing on our property at 1120 Ossington. Located near Dupont street, the project will more than double the 20 unit community that St. Clare’s has facilitated for the last 10 years.
