All of the mods are from the Big Chad Guys Plus modpack! Some of those include Copycat+ which I used on the bottom of my roof to get the arches. Other mods like Chipped, Another Furniture, and Cluttered add new block variants and furniture as well. The modpack can be found on Curseforge and you should be able to find the full modlist in your search engine. Lots of cool stuff to check out :D

how'd you get the bridge blocks to only have the rail on one side?
If you right click with either Shears or the pliers from Macaw's bridges, it should update the state of the bridge blocks!
