I think Metal bat is the best character. Here is reasons why: 1. The 4 m1's of Metal bat LITERALLY DOWNSLAMS FOR YOU meaning it counters Garou's prey's peril if they mash 4 on they're keyboard. 2. Foul ball into side dash into beatdown is such a good combo starter and ITS TRUE if done quickly and either way you can easily master it. 3. Savage tornado into brutal beatdown is SO OVERPOWERED, like savage tornado you cant escape even if you're far away or have ragdoll escape because it travels like an insane distance and if they use ragdoll escape, ohh brutal beatdown gonna take your health points away like crazy after savage tornado. Only problem with savage tornado and brutal beatdown is it can be countered by death counter and cancellable at the startup. 4. Deathblow is crazy, if you hit deathblow, gameover you're dead. One shot counter. If you didn't hit deathblow you still getting your hp taken away by the smash of deathblow, not to mention when someone gets countered by deathblow it still does a small crater to the ground which can hit you. 5. Grandslam is the definition of you can't hide if you're midair, 2 TECHS. One in the air and one normally into the ground. You can combo extend from homerun with Grandslam after it which is true unless they have ragdoll cancel. Honestly Metal bat is the best character.
There're 2 points in this, 1- every character has its own benifits from the attacks it has like Saitama has the simplist and most damaging combos rlly good for 1v1s but miserable if U miss an attack in a 2v1 In the other hand garou takes the more of tryhard ppl cuz it's like 3 attacks that U can use in a combo so U have to fill it with a lot of dashes but each single attack of garous has a big amount of "invincibility frames" which is rlly good for 2v1s 2-Genos in the third hand was the first ranged character which puts it in its own category of spamming and running but having op attacks One of the 3 above is the best character so les skip talking about 'atomic samurai' and 'metal bat' cuz how they work and there abilities put em in same category Lemme summary by saying Can U 1v1 easy with genos? Saitama - Best starting combo in the game - Highest damaging combo - all rounded moves -2 combo extenders (uppercut and shove, and a high dps ability - highest damaging combo ender - easiest tech to learn - overpowered uppercut tech - best ultimate (imo) - a very Versatile execution - ult op for all situations - quickest character to get ult with - overall very well rounded character Cons - very bad for escaping (but ur pro, so why run?) - Not very good movement Overall 10/10 character - excellent in all catagories beside a few.

I’ll explain why saitama the best cuz I’m board so to start off with he has the best 1 shot potential out of any character moves are VERY high damage and you can have a 50% true combo which a baby can do and a 75% damage combo that requires more skill yes but for a true combo that doesn’t matter if they have rag doll is op not to mention the passive being the best passive in the game for this character as you get your ult quicker and saitama has the best ult in the game I don’t even think that’s debatable so you have a passive that lets you get your OP ult in like one kill which is really easy to do because of saitamas one shot potential and if people say he has no long range moves shove counters those and most of if not all of the ult moves are long range and finally he has the best m1s in the game for m1 trading so yeah great video just thought I would mention that because a lot of people didn’t go through it well enough.
In my opinion, genos is probably the best. Like people mentioned in the video, genos has 2 passives which already give you an edge over other characters. The evasive passive is blockable however, but it's still good using in unexpectedly. I don't even need to explain the second passive, its plain broken. Lets go through all the moves in detail. Machine Gun Blows: This move is very similar to water stream rock smashing fist, and consecutive punches. This is probably the worst move in genos's base set. It does good damage, and you can finisher when they're around 30% hp, which is quite overpowered. It is also a good combo extender, being able to 4 m1 right after it. The overall synergy with this move compared with other moves is quite good, as it can pair with pretty much every other base move. The downside of this however, is how easily punishable it is if missed. If you're good however, it should be relatively hard to miss this. NOTE: This is in a 1v1 situation. Ignition Burst: This move is plain overpowered. Lets first talk about its damage, being 11% with the first hit, and 12% with the second hit respectively. With it combined, it does a total of 23% damage, which is really good declaring how fast it is. The synergy of this move is good, as doing machine gun blows and 4 m1's prior to it, igniton burst acts like a combo extender while also doing great damage. When players are ragdolled, it rolls them on the floor providing an easy combo starter as its a front dash distance away. Its synergy with blitz shot can also be very good. In example, using igniton burst when they're ragdolled and instantly using blitz shot against them, it's a 100% true combo. You can also use jet dive after this, dealing even greater damage. The main thing about this move is the double hit combo, which is very good. You can side dash infront of them, turn backwards, then do the igniton burst double hit combo into jetdive and blitz shot for some crazy damage. The first hit is also unblockable, meaning you get a free atleast double ignition burst. You can go up into the air, and charge blitz shot as well. The downside with this move is counter moves such as prey's peril, death counter, and split second counter. Blitz Shot: This move is plain unfair. This move has the best synergy with jet dive I've ever seen in my life. Unless the opponent has god reaction time, if you blitz shot them and jet dive right after, its a free 35% damage with it being very hard to react to. Blitz shot also has good synergy with ignition burst, as you can fly up and charge blitz shot. Blitz shot can't combo extend though, making it a combo ender. Overall, this move in quick succession paired with jet dive makes it one of the best base in game moves. Jet Dive: This move is an amazing move, having synergy with every other move in genos's base moveset. It does a respectable 20% damage, although it can be blocked and countered. ULT Thunder Kick: It's a mid move, but after the miss attack was added it's very good. If you miss this hard to miss move, it still does 20% dmg. Although you can counter it with grab or ragdoll moves, if you just m1 it still doess 11% dmg free. Overall, this move is a combo ender due to it not having much synergy. Speedblitz Dropkick: Oh boy, this is something. First of all, this move is incredibly easy to miss. But if you do land it, 49% free damage with thunder kick or flamewave cannon on the way, this move's synergy is something else. You can also speedblitz and then instantly incinerate for 30% free damage. This move's AOE is also amazing. Along with it bypassing death counter, and death blow. Flamewave Cannon: This is by far the worst ultimate move, and genos's worst move. It's so easily dodgeable and if you miss it, you can m1 punished which means the opponent can do literally anything to you. If you do land it, it ends your combo with a pretty small 35% damage, making it a very bad move. It can also be easily death countered. Incinerate: This is a pretty good move, if used up close its op as hell, doing near 100% damage. If used at a far, it does a very good 30% damage for free! This move can me death countered. Yeah, thats why I think genos is the best. I also forgot to mention how hard it is to miss all the moves, besides machine gun blows, speedblitz dropkick, and flamewave. Garou is the worst character, while having flashy combo's the overall moves are quite mid. The ult doesn't make it any better as well.
I agree with everything instead of saying garou is the worst. In a 1v1 situation he can do some very easy good damage combos, not to mention the passive inhumane gives you a very good portion of health back upon finishing a player, which is helpful for their second life in ranked or if they come back in pubs. I know you did not mention fights against teamers, however, I must add garou is insane for teamers. All of his moves give I frames and do AOE at some point, and his passive means you can target one player, heal, then target another. While I agree his ultimate is lacking, and can only target a single person, I must say the cooldowns are extremely short and the moves do very good damage, so if you don't spam crushed rock like a fool and use it strategically, you can definitely eliminate someone easily with it. Your passive is also buffed I'm fairly sure during your ultimate so picking off people is quite easy with ult. So who's the worst in my opinion? I'd probably have to go with sonic. I know his ultimate is broken, however his base moves are... Lacking. They are mainly all blockable except shuriken, so if you're fighting a good player, you will greatly struggle catching them. You'd either have to heavily rely on movement to start combos or try catching them lacking and punishing them. I know it's over when he uses his ultimate, since the already broken moves get amplified further by teleport dashes, but since his base moveset is so spam-reliant, I'd say he's probably the worst.

I feel like metal bat is the worst character because of how slow the m1s are and how ez to counter it is and if your using garou and they do the block trick while ur using the metal bat the m1s on garou are so fast that it doesn’t even work
ngl imo the ult is mainly the only reason it’s so praised, plus the passive which literally gives ult by getting dmged, so death blow is one shot, savage tornado into strength dif is also op bc strength dif is a HALF HP MOVE, but unless your opponent is an insane maniac who doesn’t touch grass, most of the moves are predictable of used raw, and that ranged is hard to hit. it’s just that other characters have better stuff to offer in base, and yes, i know the moves chain insanely good, but like that’ll only do like 50% if they have ragdoll.
honestly, its skill based because you either get noob genos, spammer genos or a godly genos for me saitama would maybe be best because literally 1 unescapable combo ( m1, m1, consecutive punches, m1 normal punch) can get your opponent half health and saitama gets his ult quickly and the ult moves are really good
The thing that bugs me the most is that Sonic isn't really easy to block and beat. Sonic is truly unpredictable as the guy said in the four-people discussion since there’s so many Sonic techs (to my extent of knowledge) and you can do 9 (or 10) different paths that can combo extend. By just holding block, a Sonic user can bypass that by using shuriken, doing a sharp dash to their back, side dash to get around the block, or just by baiting them by not holding block but then when they front dash (which is what I see a lot of people do) then quickly block to bypass the dash punch and combo them from there. If you’re against a Sonic user that only abuses every move and doesn’t bypass the opponent’s block, then there’s a spammer, BUT I’ve seen many experienced Sonic users (myself included) that are just really good and use different Sonic techs, be extremely unpredictable, and just bypass your blocks. Sonic is also really good for destroying teamers, as the scatter can take up a lot of people and the shuriken impact radius is mildly far ( so if a bunch of people are bundled together, or kinda close, you can shoot one person in the middle or the side and it would knock down the rest. ) Overall in my opinion Sonic is really good if handled in a skillful way but also a big survival risk if handled wrongly. But others also have their own types of skill and can easily use the Sonic moves against the user. If you have really good aim as well, you can just snipe players with the shuriken XD
In my opinion, I think Genos is the best character. The thing is, Genos can do EVERYTHING right. If you want a certain play style, Genos has it. Genos basically can do everything the other characters can do, but better.
In my opinion genos is still the best due to the sheer flexibility u have. every other moveset has a few playstyles because of how their moves function but genos has so many different playstyles u can just switch into in the middle of a fight to completely change the tides of battle. also space + blitz shot charged + ignitnion burst exists which is a free combo if u aimed the blitz shot right and they were relatively close which is just cheese.

the thing also is that all characters have a different playstyle that suits the player but for someone who doesn't have much experience in the game and doesn't have the best movement, Genos would be the best choice and can also take on teamers relatively well with the hit and run strategy
it all depends on skill so on how the players player but in my opinion for a 2v1 it would be hero hunter. if it was based on damage i would say saitama as it is good for doing powerful attacks
With 2vs1s saitama is lowkey the worst... he has close ranged attack that are punishable if you ain't in ( for example you hit a combo on 1 of the teamers but when you're using Consecutive Punches, the other guy comes and punish you for using a skill ._. ). Hero hunter can do pretty well because he has more range and has a counter that gives more options. Because of his counters, his skills deal more damage than the others with some pretty good m1s. He also has his passive ( heal I think 40% of your health every finisher ( not stackable )).
5 reason garou are best: Teamers, all moves gives “shield” (shield is when you attack someone and other people can’t attack you) and all moves have little AOE such as when you lethal whirlwind the slams do extra damage to enemy’s around. Heals. Let’s say your fighting multiple people and you kill one person you heal up, and since most damage do insane damage it’s going to be easy. Ult. All ult moves are insane damage and it’s easy to one shot combo, with final hunt dealing over 50% hp, and the slam at the end has possibly as much AOE as the ult starter itself, and final hunt breaks death counter. Counters, unlike Atomic samurai, the parry is very insane, it can throw enemy’s back, and once I aimed backward and I hit another teamer and combo extended with hunters grasp. Lastly combos, there is twisted, Kyoto and more, being insanely skilled
Saitama is probably one of the best or THE best character to use in game, as his M1's a relativity fast as well as the tech provided with them. Since they are basic and do slight knockback after the 4th hit, you can combo extend it with uppercut meaning if you can catch the opponent while they're falling down, there's a good chance you can make it a game ending experience for them as the tech for shove, (distance-wise not shove-slam) since it gives you the additional free forward dash hit into another load of M1 combos.
I'd say Genos is better. This is only because it's easier to play and it doesn't require insane skill to be useful, also it's insanely op if used by a good player. despite saitama being only useable if you're good at the game (I main saitama)
I myself believe Genos to be the strongest character in TSB/TSBG. *Genos one shot combo: 3 m1s -> front dash tech (or loop dash) -> 3 m1s -> machine gun blows -> ignition burst tech -> jet dive tech -> full charged blitz shot.* (for those who have 0 attention span don't continue reading) Number 1: It's very easy and appeals to new players who want to queue up and start fighting on the level of people who actually play well. By this I mean that it allows you to run away and even play badly with pretty much no drawbacks. It also has the easiest (I kid you not) one shot combo in the entire game. Number 2: Genos' ragdoll cancel (evasive) can not only be used to deal damage, but also can be used to counter dash more easily. Yes, you don't have to counter dash since the stun is about an m1 long, but counter dashing is actually deadly with Genos if combined with the one shot combo I mentioned earlier. Number 3: Genos' ultimate does have some weakness (that I won't mention) but it's probably the most straight forward and easy to use ultimate mode, considering that it has an almost full map range move, (in ranked map) a beam that combos into its second move, and an insanely fast dash grab that combo starts into other ultimate moves. (final) Number 4: Genos is overall easy to play for every playstyle, such as: (Using all moves and waiting for cd to reset while trying to escape and block attacks.) Running, (Waiting for your opponent to push while maintaining a distance.) Camping, (Relentlessly attacking your opponent.)Agressive, and more. Overall, what I'm trying to say is, Genos is the best character for new, casual, and pro players.
Saitama is the best because of his ultimate and base he has an op combo extender (2 m1s shove side dash 2 m1s consecutive punches 1 m1 Normal punch ) that makes you around HALF hp with just one move left and for ultimate its only genos that can bypass it other that its impossible to counter it ( death counter )Table flip….. range op and one shots if it’s one person. Serious punch will do half hp if its no knock back but with knock back it ONE SHOTS. Omni-directional-punch just waste their ragdoll cancel and you’re gifted a beautiful cutscene…. and thats why Saitama is the greatest character! Edit: I liked my comment
garou definitely ond of the best top 3 because he has everything a noob a beginner a pro wants! and in bonus his cooldowns are 10 seconds for every move even the counter wich i think is broken for the noob wich likes to spam amd if you struggle or if enemy makes 1 slip up for a pro the enemy just dead because of garou’ high damage same counts with beginners! I think atomic samurai because you can play passive and counter because the counter is short cooldown and it's a combo starter, and the ultimate bar goes up really fast when you use finishers plus the ult is overpowered.

i wanna talk about a trick/tech or smth that i discovered a long time ago, when a sonic player uses twinblade rush you spam the m1 at the direction where the player is coming, this makes the player got stunned, this is because the twinblade rush starup has no s, but this doesnt work all the times because twinblade rush has an huge hitbox, and it depends of your ping.
Honestly the only bad things about genos is that if you miss a move, your cooked, and that blitz shot hitbox sucks. LIKE BRO IM 10 FEET AWAY FROM THE TREE AND IT STILL HITS IT

I haven’t been playing for very long, but I do agree with one thing. Sonic is quite a bit more powerful than people seem to give him credit for. TL; DR: Sonic is incredibly easy to pick up and do well with, and I agree with that one person in the video who said that. For context, I have mostly been playing Metal Bat (decently well, actually), and after a few weeks I wanted to try a different character after a particular bad day. I chose sonic because he was the only character I have access to with a sword, and proceeded to go on an 11 kill streak, when previously I never got close to 5.
In my opinion atomic samurai is the best character with his incredibly long s, He has the longest damage radius for an awakening cutscene, he has a similar move that's like ignition burst but faster (pinpoint cut) and he only has one blockable skill. Not to mention his first 2 ultimate moves bypass death counter.
Pinpoint cut is kinda trash if they have evasive tho... if ur fighting against a somewhat good player they willd ragdoll dash behind you when you use pinpoint cut and punish you

Me personally, Genos is my favorite. It's fun, all over the place, FIRE, you can 1 and 2 spam with the ultimate, the passive is useful, few other reasons i can't think of but i think Atomic for the best it's pretty fun, the combos are ridiculous, the passive is useful, the ultimate is massive but also really fun, you can cut atoms, the counter
In my opinion I think hero hunter is the best character, the counter on hero hunter can also counter projectiles. It can do a lot of damage and good for combos. You will need a bit of skill and a fast reaction time to play hero hunter so you can counter projectiles and for the combs you need skill so you can hit the opponent with a smooth combo to finish them. And with the ult the second move and bypass death counter I’m pretty sure and the 4th move can stop other ults moves like the 3 and 4 move in Genos.
Saito because my bro gets ult very fast does good damage very skilled character and ult you can omni if you did somebodys evasive you can turn ult and omni with serious punch if theres someone in front of and your low you can hide then punch and your back and death counter is good speedblitz is very easy to dodge but atomic samurai isnt the same thing
So one person said that if the sonic user is very laggy it is unpredictable. I really think that is true, because when i started playing sonic with my friend in 2v2. We both started winning so many times.
In my opinion I would have to say Hero Hunter because of the combos. I know at least 3 one shot combos for Hero Hunter, and the counter can be very useful. I think Preys Peril is overpowered, it lasts quite long. That's just my opinion, and personally I dont like using genos.

I think Saitama is the best character since it has bunches of tech moves and has the best combo starters and when you talk about the ult its almost no match since all the ult moves 1 shot and they can heal you up depending on how much people. Saitama normal punch close range is longer length and more damage plus the fall damage. Death counter can counter almost everything like the worser version death blow, and if you active ult in a fight people are most likely to not attack you and you have a 50% chance to get out of a fight, but the person might come back to fight you again. IF you a are saitama main and fighting a character with counter do moves like consective punches then wait since they might press counter so you can get them and bait them with normal punch too. the ult is the most powerful ult since all the moves can 1 shot and all of them have giantic range expect omni directional and they take like 3 or 2 seconds to do the move then 1 second to try to block the people trying to attack you expect for omni directional if you miss, but the bad thing is when you use ult it has NO I-frames
i think atomic since you 1. have a counter thats instant and so easier to land 2. can pick up the character fairly fast 3. can front dash to do smthing similar to twisted which is faster bc m1 speed 4. atmos can be used to make player ragdoll cancel 5. pinpoint has variant so its unpredictable 6. the moves do damage fast if used half decent and can be m1 chained easily

Im happy none of the comments are flaming me but my fault for messing up My actual reason for picking saitama: Firstly the combos are very simple which is why so many new players and experienced players use Saitama but while being effective and the tech isnt that hard to learn. Secondly, It is very easy to get out of bad situations with the passive (lower dmg needed for ult) lets say you are getting double teamed or being hunted down with a kill streak you could just pop ult use one either table flip or serious punch to gain health and possibly kill some people while doing so or you could just get on the side of the map while standing on top of a trashcan and using omni. Lasty, I hope this makes up for messing up (im sorry)
Ngl you should have made for the last one like one person who supports one of each character to be up there talking to each other about their character’s points and advantages because when you did it this way most of them was talking about genos there was no garou or metal bat to be defended. And because most of the random people you chose was supporting genos they could only hear genos and therefore chooses genos. Though im actually very surprised saitama still got alot of votes and I too support saitama.
people werent giving enough about saitama i think, because there is still quite a bit people have missed out, for example, using saitamas ult, you can get your full health back, and saitama is really good in damage, just from using half of his moves, he can get someone to half their HP, meaning they can easily make one shot combos. all of his attacks (including ult attacks) can damage more than a single player aswell, and all of his ult moves but for serious punch and table flip (sometimes) are pretty much one shot.

I think blade master because he does a lot of damage, does more damage after killing people, extremely good ult, and mainly it's the combo potential he's not great if you aren't good but when you get good at the game he's a great character because he has good combos and he has possibly the highest dps out of all character when you get really good combos also his counter is def best out of the 2 counters in the game (death counter not included) because every move he has combos into something else
Saitama is my main cuz of the good simple combos but it has also great dmg, but now i have tried sonic and i have been sleeping on it so much i never knew the actual fun with sonic is until ive tried it
Genos isnt as good as people say cuz: -the evasive passive is blockable -the recharging moves passive is only good in a group fight or kill farming (making it useless in a 1v1 situation) -if u block the moves they deal barely any dmg -the only move u can consistently hit with ult is incinerate (which u can death counter or death blow) -the entire base moveset is counterable my garou and atomic samurai(that have Wind up)

Genos is the best in the game but also the hardest to master, followed by saitama who is easier to master but not as good. Genos has more range in his strong attacks like sonic, but since they are explosive they are also mostly not blockable, it's also easier to get longer and more bullying combos with genos than with saitama because of attack cooldowns. In my opinion, Garou a.k.a Heroes hunter is the best, because 1st his passive is gaining HP after used finisher. 2nd his moveset is really good and his combo is op. 3rd his counter is very useful in most situation. 4th you look cool after doing combo. Now his ULT 1st if you can bait people ragdoll cancel, they're DONE. 2nd his 4th skill is really useful catching up with people. 3rd his 2nd skill is literally OP as heck.

I think atomic samurai is the best cause pinpoint cut is a unblockable combo starter that has little start up time that gives your opponent little time to react if your skilled also the passive that gives you no cooldown on 1 move 1 time witch is good for 1v1s and if people are jumping you that’s just my opinion though

I think Metal bat is the best character. Here is reasons why: 1. The 4 m1's of Metal bat LITERALLY DOWNSLAMS FOR YOU meaning it counters Garou's prey's peril if they mash 4 on they're keyboard. 2. Foul ball into side dash into beatdown is such a good combo starter and ITS TRUE if done quickly and either way you can easily master it. 3. Savage tornado into brutal beatdown is SO OVERPOWERED, like savage tornado you cant escape even if you're far away or have ragdoll escape because it travels like an insane distance and if they use ragdoll escape, ohh brutal beatdown gonna take your health points away like crazy after savage tornado. Only problem with savage tornado and brutal beatdown is it can be countered by death counter and cancellable at the startup. 4. Deathblow is crazy, if you hit deathblow, gameover you're dead. One shot counter. If you didn't hit deathblow you still getting your hp taken away by the smash of deathblow, not to mention when someone gets countered by deathblow it still does a small crater to the ground which can hit you. 5. Grandslam is the definition of you can't hide if you're midair, 2 TECHS. One in the air and one normally into the ground. You can combo extend from homerun with Grandslam after it which is true unless they have ragdoll cancel. Honestly Metal bat is the best character.

I’ll explain why saitama the best cuz I’m board so to start off with he has the best 1 shot potential out of any character moves are VERY high damage and you can have a 50% true combo which a baby can do and a 75% damage combo that requires more skill yes but for a true combo that doesn’t matter if they have rag doll is op not to mention the passive being the best passive in the game for this character as you get your ult quicker and saitama has the best ult in the game I don’t even think that’s debatable so you have a passive that lets you get your OP ult in like one kill which is really easy to do because of saitamas one shot potential and if people say he has no long range moves shove counters those and most of if not all of the ult moves are long range and finally he has the best m1s in the game for m1 trading so yeah great video just thought I would mention that because a lot of people didn’t go through it well enough.
In my opinion, genos is probably the best. Like people mentioned in the video, genos has 2 passives which already give you an edge over other characters. The evasive passive is blockable however, but it's still good using in unexpectedly. I don't even need to explain the second passive, its plain broken. Lets go through all the moves in detail.
Machine Gun Blows: This move is very similar to water stream rock smashing fist, and consecutive punches. This is probably the worst move in genos's base set. It does good damage, and you can finisher when they're around 30% hp, which is quite overpowered. It is also a good combo extender, being able to 4 m1 right after it. The overall synergy with this move compared with other moves is quite good, as it can pair with pretty much every other base move. The downside of this however, is how easily punishable it is if missed. If you're good however, it should be relatively hard to miss this.
NOTE: This is in a 1v1 situation.
Ignition Burst: This move is plain overpowered. Lets first talk about its damage, being 11% with the first hit, and 12% with the second hit respectively. With it combined, it does a total of 23% damage, which is really good declaring how fast it is. The synergy of this move is good, as doing machine gun blows and 4 m1's prior to it, igniton burst acts like a combo extender while also doing great damage. When players are ragdolled, it rolls them on the floor providing an easy combo starter as its a front dash distance away. Its synergy with blitz shot can also be very good. In example, using igniton burst when they're ragdolled and instantly using blitz shot against them, it's a 100% true combo. You can also use jet dive after this, dealing even greater damage. The main thing about this move is the double hit combo, which is very good. You can side dash infront of them, turn backwards, then do the igniton burst double hit combo into jetdive and blitz shot for some crazy damage. The first hit is also unblockable, meaning you get a free atleast double ignition burst. You can go up into the air, and charge blitz shot as well. The downside with this move is counter moves such as prey's peril, death counter, and split second counter.
Blitz Shot: This move is plain unfair. This move has the best synergy with jet dive I've ever seen in my life. Unless the opponent has god reaction time, if you blitz shot them and jet dive right after, its a free 35% damage with it being very hard to react to. Blitz shot also has good synergy with ignition burst, as you can fly up and charge blitz shot. Blitz shot can't combo extend though, making it a combo ender. Overall, this move in quick succession paired with jet dive makes it one of the best base in game moves.
Jet Dive: This move is an amazing move, having synergy with every other move in genos's base moveset. It does a respectable 20% damage, although it can be blocked and countered.
ULT
Thunder Kick: It's a mid move, but after the miss attack was added it's very good. If you miss this hard to miss move, it still does 20% dmg. Although you can counter it with grab or ragdoll moves, if you just m1 it still doess 11% dmg free. Overall, this move is a combo ender due to it not having much synergy.
Speedblitz Dropkick: Oh boy, this is something. First of all, this move is incredibly easy to miss. But if you do land it, 49% free damage with thunder kick or flamewave cannon on the way, this move's synergy is something else. You can also speedblitz and then instantly incinerate for 30% free damage. This move's AOE is also amazing. Along with it bypassing death counter, and death blow.
Flamewave Cannon: This is by far the worst ultimate move, and genos's worst move. It's so easily dodgeable and if you miss it, you can m1 punished which means the opponent can do literally anything to you. If you do land it, it ends your combo with a pretty small 35% damage, making it a very bad move. It can also be easily death countered.
Incinerate: This is a pretty good move, if used up close its op as hell, doing near 100% damage. If used at a far, it does a very good 30% damage for free! This move can me death countered.
Yeah, thats why I think genos is the best. I also forgot to mention how hard it is to miss all the moves, besides machine gun blows, speedblitz dropkick, and flamewave. Garou is the worst character, while having flashy combo's the overall moves are quite mid. The ult doesn't make it any better as well.
I agree with everything instead of saying garou is the worst. In a 1v1 situation he can do some very easy good damage combos, not to mention the passive inhumane gives you a very good portion of health back upon finishing a player, which is helpful for their second life in ranked or if they come back in pubs. I know you did not mention fights against teamers, however, I must add garou is insane for teamers. All of his moves give I frames and do AOE at some point, and his passive means you can target one player, heal, then target another. While I agree his ultimate is lacking, and can only target a single person, I must say the cooldowns are extremely short and the moves do very good damage, so if you don't spam crushed rock like a fool and use it strategically, you can definitely eliminate someone easily with it. Your passive is also buffed I'm fairly sure during your ultimate so picking off people is quite easy with ult.
So who's the worst in my opinion? I'd probably have to go with sonic. I know his ultimate is broken, however his base moves are... Lacking. They are mainly all blockable except shuriken, so if you're fighting a good player, you will greatly struggle catching them. You'd either have to heavily rely on movement to start combos or try catching them lacking and punishing them. I know it's over when he uses his ultimate, since the already broken moves get amplified further by teleport dashes, but since his base moveset is so spam-reliant, I'd say he's probably the worst.

I feel like metal bat is the worst character because of how slow the m1s are and how ez to counter it is and if your using garou and they do the block trick while ur using the metal bat the m1s on garou are so fast that it doesn’t even work

The thing that bugs me the most is that Sonic isn't really easy to block and beat. Sonic is truly unpredictable as the guy said in the four-people discussion since there’s so many Sonic techs (to my extent of knowledge) and you can do 9 (or 10) different paths that can combo extend.
By just holding block, a Sonic user can bypass that by using shuriken, doing a sharp dash to their back, side dash to get around the block, or just by baiting them by not holding block but then when they front dash (which is what I see a lot of people do) then quickly block to bypass the dash punch and combo them from there.
If you’re against a Sonic user that only abuses every move and doesn’t bypass the opponent’s block, then there’s a spammer, BUT I’ve seen many experienced Sonic users (myself included) that are just really good and use different Sonic techs, be extremely unpredictable, and just bypass your blocks.
Sonic is also really good for destroying teamers, as the scatter can take up a lot of people and the shuriken impact radius is mildly far ( so if a bunch of people are bundled together, or kinda close, you can shoot one person in the middle or the side and it would knock down the rest. )
Overall in my opinion Sonic is really good if handled in a skillful way but also a big survival risk if handled wrongly. But others also have their own types of skill and can easily use the Sonic moves against the user.
If you have really good aim as well, you can just snipe players with the shuriken XD

In my opinion genos is still the best due to the sheer flexibility u have. every other moveset has a few playstyles because of how their moves function but genos has so many different playstyles u can just switch into in the middle of a fight to completely change the tides of battle. also space + blitz shot charged + ignitnion burst exists which is a free combo if u aimed the blitz shot right and they were relatively close which is just cheese.

the thing also is that all characters have a different playstyle that suits the player but for someone who doesn't have much experience in the game and doesn't have the best movement, Genos would be the best choice and can also take on teamers relatively well with the hit and run strategy

With 2vs1s saitama is lowkey the worst... he has close ranged attack that are punishable if you ain't in ( for example you hit a combo on 1 of the teamers but when you're using Consecutive Punches, the other guy comes and punish you for using a skill ._. ). Hero hunter can do pretty well because he has more range and has a counter that gives more options. Because of his counters, his skills deal more damage than the others with some pretty good m1s. He also has his passive ( heal I think 40% of your health every finisher ( not stackable )).

5 reason garou are best:
Teamers, all moves gives “shield” (shield is when you attack someone and other people can’t attack you) and all moves have little AOE such as when you lethal whirlwind the slams do extra damage to enemy’s around.
Heals. Let’s say your fighting multiple people and you kill one person you heal up, and since most damage do insane damage it’s going to be easy.
Ult. All ult moves are insane damage and it’s easy to one shot combo, with final hunt dealing over 50% hp, and the slam at the end has possibly as much AOE as the ult starter itself, and final hunt breaks death counter.
Counters, unlike Atomic samurai, the parry is very insane, it can throw enemy’s back, and once I aimed backward and I hit another teamer and combo extended with hunters grasp.
Lastly combos, there is twisted, Kyoto and more, being insanely skilled
Saitama is probably one of the best or THE best character to use in game, as his M1's a relativity fast as well as the tech provided with them.
Since they are basic and do slight knockback after the 4th hit, you can combo extend it with uppercut meaning if you can catch the opponent while they're falling down, there's a good chance you can make it a game ending experience for them as the tech for shove, (distance-wise not shove-slam) since it gives you the additional free forward dash hit into another load of M1 combos.
I'd say Genos is better. This is only because it's easier to play and it doesn't require insane skill to be useful, also it's insanely op if used by a good player. despite saitama being only useable if you're good at the game (I main saitama)
The only weakness of genos, is that it has the easiest moveset to use a counter on. It's AOE is a duel bladed sword.

Number 1: It's very easy and appeals to new players who want to queue up and start fighting on the level of people who actually play well. By this I mean that it allows you to run away and even play badly with pretty much no drawbacks. It also has the easiest (I kid you not) one shot combo in the entire game.
Number 2: Genos' ragdoll cancel (evasive) can not only be used to deal damage, but also can be used to counter dash more easily. Yes, you don't have to counter dash since the stun is about an m1 long, but counter dashing is actually deadly with Genos if combined with the one shot combo I mentioned earlier.
Number 3: Genos' ultimate does have some weakness (that I won't mention) but it's probably the most straight forward and easy to use ultimate mode, considering that it has an almost full map range move, (in ranked map) a beam that combos into its second move, and an insanely fast dash grab that combo starts into other ultimate moves.
(final) Number 4: Genos is overall easy to play for every playstyle, such as: (Using all moves and waiting for cd to reset while trying to escape and block attacks.) Running, (Waiting for your opponent to push while maintaining a distance.) Camping, (Relentlessly attacking your opponent.)Agressive, and more. Overall, what I'm trying to say is, Genos is the best character for new, casual, and pro players.

It doesn’t matter what character you use, if you have true skill, you will win any fight with any character. (Even if it’s metal bat…)
Saitama is the best because of his ultimate and base he has an op combo extender (2 m1s shove side dash 2 m1s consecutive punches 1 m1 Normal punch ) that makes you around HALF hp with just one move left and for ultimate its only genos that can bypass it other that its impossible to counter it ( death counter )Table flip….. range op and one shots if it’s one person. Serious punch will do half hp if its no knock back but with knock back it ONE SHOTS. Omni-directional-punch just waste their ragdoll cancel and you’re gifted a beautiful cutscene…. and thats why Saitama is the greatest character!

i wanna talk about a trick/tech or smth that i discovered a long time ago, when a sonic player uses twinblade rush you spam the m1 at the direction where the player is coming, this makes the player got stunned, this is because the twinblade rush starup has no s, but this doesnt work all the times because twinblade rush has an huge hitbox, and it depends of your ping.

I haven’t been playing for very long, but I do agree with one thing.
Sonic is quite a bit more powerful than people seem to give him credit for.
TL; DR: Sonic is incredibly easy to pick up and do well with, and I agree with that one person in the video who said that.
For context, I have mostly been playing Metal Bat (decently well, actually), and after a few weeks I wanted to try a different character after a particular bad day. I chose sonic because he was the only character I have access to with a sword, and proceeded to go on an 11 kill streak, when previously I never got close to 5.
In my opinion atomic samurai is the best character with his incredibly long s, He has the longest damage radius for an awakening cutscene, he has a similar move that's like ignition burst but faster (pinpoint cut) and he only has one blockable skill. Not to mention his first 2 ultimate moves bypass death counter.

Pinpoint cut is kinda trash if they have evasive tho... if ur fighting against a somewhat good player they willd ragdoll dash behind you when you use pinpoint cut and punish you

Me personally, Genos is my favorite.
It's fun, all over the place, FIRE, you can 1 and 2 spam with the ultimate, the passive is useful, few other reasons i can't think of

In my opinion I think hero hunter is the best character, the counter on hero hunter can also counter projectiles. It can do a lot of damage and good for combos. You will need a bit of skill and a fast reaction time to play hero hunter so you can counter projectiles and for the combs you need skill so you can hit the opponent with a smooth combo to finish them. And with the ult the second move and bypass death counter I’m pretty sure and the 4th move can stop other ults moves like the 3 and 4 move in Genos.
The fourth move cant do that, and its almost impossible to preys peril projectiles which is why no one does it.
Saito because my bro gets ult very fast does good damage very skilled character and ult you can omni if you did somebodys evasive you can turn ult and omni with serious punch if theres someone in front of and your low you can hide then punch and your back and death counter is good speedblitz is very easy to dodge but atomic samurai isnt the same thing
So one person said that if the sonic user is very laggy it is unpredictable. I really think that is true, because when i started playing sonic with my friend in 2v2. We both started winning so many times.
In my opinion I would have to say Hero Hunter because of the combos. I know at least 3 one shot combos for Hero Hunter, and the counter can be very useful. I think Preys Peril is overpowered, it lasts quite long. That's just my opinion, and personally I dont like using genos.

I think Saitama is the best character since it has bunches of tech moves and has the best combo starters and when you talk about the ult its almost no match since all the ult moves 1 shot and they can heal you up depending on how much people. Saitama normal punch close range is longer length and more damage plus the fall damage. Death counter can counter almost everything like the worser version death blow, and if you active ult in a fight people are most likely to not attack you and you have a 50% chance to get out of a fight, but the person might come back to fight you again. IF you a are saitama main and fighting a character with counter do moves like consective punches then wait since they might press counter so you can get them and bait them with normal punch too. the ult is the most powerful ult since all the moves can 1 shot and all of them have giantic range expect omni directional and they take like 3 or 2 seconds to do the move then 1 second to try to block the people trying to attack you expect for omni directional if you miss, but the bad thing is when you use ult it has NO I-frames

3. can front dash to do smthing similar to twisted which is faster bc m1 speed
4. atmos can be used to make player ragdoll cancel

I think it is metal bat bc of his moves that are too op and spameble and the ult has a one shot move and after lend it or if you dont got it the ult continues. This is simply op it needs a nerf

My actual reason for picking saitama:
Firstly the combos are very simple which is why so many new players and experienced players use Saitama but while being effective and the tech isnt that hard to learn. Secondly, It is very easy to get out of bad situations with the passive (lower dmg needed for ult) lets say you are getting double teamed or being hunted down with a kill streak you could just pop ult use one either table flip or serious punch to gain health and possibly kill some people while doing so or you could just get on the side of the map while standing on top of a trashcan and using omni. Lasty, I hope this makes up for messing up (im sorry)

Ngl you should have made for the last one like one person who supports one of each character to be up there talking to each other about their character’s points and advantages because when you did it this way most of them was talking about genos there was no garou or metal bat to be defended. And because most of the random people you chose was supporting genos they could only hear genos and therefore chooses genos. Though im actually very surprised saitama still got alot of votes and I too support saitama.
people werent giving enough about saitama i think, because there is still quite a bit people have missed out, for example, using saitamas ult, you can get your full health back, and saitama is really good in damage, just from using half of his moves, he can get someone to half their HP, meaning they can easily make one shot combos. all of his attacks (including ult attacks) can damage more than a single player aswell, and all of his ult moves but for serious punch and table flip (sometimes) are pretty much one shot.
what about garou
In my opinion saitama the best it has lots of combos starter that do half the damage even more there where you can't escape and use your ragdoll cancel there's even a tech where you can't escape and use your ragdoll cancel and block plus it has a one shot combo where you literally can't escape and use your ragdoll cancel, block

I think blade master because he does a lot of damage, does more damage after killing people, extremely good ult, and mainly it's the combo potential he's not great if you aren't good but when you get good at the game he's a great character because he has good combos and he has possibly the highest dps out of all character when you get really good combos also his counter is def best out of the 2 counters in the game (death counter not included) because every move he has combos into something else
Also all base moves for genos there finishers like jet dive the blast in the air does great damage then just use blits then they dead

Saitama is my main cuz of the good simple combos but it has also great dmg, but now i have tried sonic and i have been sleeping on it so much i never knew the actual fun with sonic is until ive tried it
Genos isnt as good as people say cuz:
-the evasive passive is blockable
-the recharging moves passive is only good in a group fight or kill farming (making it useless in a 1v1 situation)
-if u block the moves they deal barely any dmg
-the only move u can consistently hit with ult is incinerate (which u can death counter or death blow)
-the entire base moveset is counterable my garou and atomic samurai(that have Wind up)

If it’s between move sets and ult for move set it’s genos and for ult it’s sonic twin blade rush near unmissable free damage and all the moves combo into each other
Genos is the best in the game but also the hardest to master, followed by saitama who is easier to master but not as good. Genos has more range in his strong attacks like sonic, but since they are explosive they are also mostly not blockable, it's also easier to get longer and more bullying combos with genos than with saitama because of attack cooldowns. Genos is also overall more destructive as with his passive regenerating all abilities on kill, it's easy to farm an entire server.
Nah genos is easy to learn, and easier to master
Hes easier to learn but to fully master him is a lot harder because a lot of the extensive combos require very fast and precise camera movement

I use both saitama and genos because they are super fun to use like I love countering strength difference with an omni directional behind the metal bat whenever they hit someone with strength difference
and I like to see the metal bats and saitama try to use their counters on me even tho speedblitz can go through them

In my opinion, Garou a.k.a Heroes hunter is the best, because
1st his passive is gaining HP after used finisher.
2nd his moveset is really good and his combo is op.
3rd his counter is very useful in most situation.
4th you look cool after doing combo.
Now his ULT
1st if you can bait people ragdoll cancel, they're DONE.
2nd his 4th skill is really useful catching up with people.
3rd his 2nd skill is literally OP as heck.

if i was there i would've said saitama is the best character because he is the "all in one" type, where if you just use the second move and the first move you will do 50% of the health, and if you're low with ultimate in a public server you could just aim the serious punch at the middle and yeah you will gain all your health back, also one thing about sonic ultimate is that you could use every move in the game (not garou) and you'll be fine cause you could cancel his ultimate (not fourfold) dang im yapping 💀
garou is the best character because all its moves has i frames and its very good with teamers and u gotta be skilled to use it so u gotta be pretty smart to use it and his passive is good too cuz it give u more heath and his ult is kinda useless but when ur like low hp u can just use it and do an emote
