Thank you Timothy. All the bedrooms have a bathroom, so you could have LOT'S of in-laws living with you! There is a scary thought for Halloween, LOL. My husband grew up in a house with a large unfinished basement space. For him and his two brothers, that was their "hockey rink".
Timothy?? Are you sure of the price of this cutie of a home 🏡🏡?? How can it be!! This house 🏠🏡 is completely fabulous!! This place would sell in a milli second!! The way that the Bedrooms and Bathrooms are made is fantastic!! The Laundry Room is great!! The Upstairs is simply adorable!! The Kitchen is wide open and spacious!! How can you go wrong with something like this!! Timothy, you keep out doing yourself, once again!! Bravo 👏👏👏👏!
The pitch on those stars looks like 6/12 which is nice, you don’t see that very often. This is a great home for the price. Only thing I would ass is built-in cabinets/shelves flanking the fireplace in the living room. It’s nice to have at least one en-suite bedroom on the main level for older family members or disabled relatives. Also, I do like the idea of having the primary bedroom upstairs on the second level so the majority of space on the main level can be utilized for more than sleeping, making the home feel bigger, and more enjoyable to live in.
Biggest pantry I've ever seen! 😮Pretty kitchen, I love the half bath off the garage entrance. Fabulous master suite, but I think it should be on the 1st floor. The master bath is breathtaking! 😍I don't like having the laundry room on the 2nd floor, it should be downstairs. I like the fact that all the bedrooms have big walk-in closets.
Just to a fan of the cheap wire racks or clothing hanging racks in the closets. It reflects the real bones of the quality of the home wonder what other corners were cut to the quality of the build. 😮
Nice place. One think I would change is make more of a statement with the living room fireplace. It's just too small... maybe go the next size up. Nothing outrageous.
Very nice home. Mostly minor tweaks to make it mine. The first floor like the plans mostly. Upstairs for sure changes in the Master Bath. A tub/shower Wet Room in it. Make that narrow Toilet Closet wider. I really don't like the cat walk open to look down...it is a noise issue, heat/ac issue, and I don't like folks below able to look up at the bedroom area. One more, kids looking down, screwing around, and a safety thing in my mind.
My only thing about Rockford Homes is the shelving in closets, pantry, and laundry room are wire shelves. I'm not a fan of that at all, makes an expensive house look cheaper. From just moving into my custom-built home a year ago, I have wood for all closets, which I love.
I really liked the second floor, great size bedrooms and bathrooms. The first floor has an unsuccessful layout - the staircase blocks half of the corridor. The kitchen from the last century and pregnant columns at the entrance to the house also do not add a good impression.
For over 40 years I matched colors to the Pantone color chart. I know there are at least 898 more colors than black & white, yet they stage these very nice homes with an overload of black & white, it is unappealing. The office is a waste. It is a decoration, not a place to work. I'd make it a parlor. The living room decor looks uninviting, not somewhere you'd want to spend time with friends & family. Heat rises. The tall living room ceiling will add to your h/vac bill. I do like the floor plan. And the basement would make a great family room or man cave with room for a real office where you can get some work done.
It's still better than some of these super expensive homes that have a double door that's all glass so you have absolutely zero privacy. I don't get that trend at all. I don't want people being able to come up to my house and be able to see right in.
Very nice home but seriously would hope a home in this category and price point wouldn't use wire shelves in the closets and pantry, that would definitely have to change. Do like the 1/2 bathroom as you come in from the garage and around the corner from the kitchen. Helpful to the Cook, from returning home after a road trip and even for the person working on the car or project in the garage so they don't have to walk through the house to use the bathroom and can wash their hands before coming in to eat. If I were to get this home two things I would want definitely ALTERED and that is the transom Windows in the first floor bedroom and I think I would want them totally deleted in the dining area, it's got plenty of light from the back wall of windows that open and the side patio door. The only thing I would want some where on the first floor is a dog wash station, maybe the drop zone just as you come in from the garage instead of that especially since you already have a coat closet.
It's ok to not have a formal dining room but then your eating area off the kitchen has to be a decent enough size to sit 8 people. They have the house showing a 4 person table and it looks cramped. If you have guests over are they supposed to eat at the island? Is that what they're suggesting with this setup? Do not put appliances directly next to each other, it ruins the flow of the kitchen. No deck for outdoor entertaining? Ugh, closet in the bathroom of the master bedroom. When will this trend die? Thankfully all the other bedrooms have the closets outside of their bathrooms. A few things that could probably be fixed. Overall this is definitely one of the nicer homes you've toured where the price is a good value for what you're getting. Some of these $2 million plus homes you tour are really lousy value for the money. But $600k for this is actually a great deal.
I love this house - and under a million! Impressive.
No to all the wire shelving in the closets. But I loved the master bath, the shower looked like a great size!
Happy Halloween! 👻
😅

I like the floor plan you shown at the beginning a lot more better than the one you toured.
I love the wavey ceilings.😊 The downstairs suite is perfect.
Beautiful
Another great home tour and a beautiful roomy house. Thank you Timothy! I'm amazed that this is under a million dollars!

BEAUTIFUL ❤
Very nice. Kinda surprised the master closet was bigger considering how big the closets are in the other bedrooms.
Nice house, nice potential in the basement!
Love this one Timothy.
Another great one!!!!
Nice house!
I would love to know what the ceiling texture is called and how it is done
Wallpaper?

Which city

why do all these custom home builders like small front doors?

😂😂😂
The BREAKFAST TABLEis nice it's not the dining space for a 5 bedroom home especially since it seats 4 people. 😮

Personally don't like to see a staircase straight ahead of the doorway. The (wavy) ceilings are cool!
It seems to me, Rockford homes make larger bedrooms, lovey house
Love the home but the master need to be downstairs and the room down need to be upstairs.
Sorry. Have to have master on main floor.
Ugh. The wire racks in the closets kill it for me.
I like the home but the ceiling reminds me of a manufactured home.
This house needs a deck, that view, and no deck. It's a damn shame.
At this price point disappointed to see wire shelving in closets
