As sungchan said, this been 8-9 months shotaro in korea, that's mean he came to korea when covid was exist, that's why he can't go out a lot, and also when he came to korea he immediately debuted
I think Taro said it's his first time eating out together (with Sungchan maybe) because he has seen eating out few times like at the sushi restaurant and also he often posts photos taken at different cafeterias on instagram.

i got amazed with shotaro's korean language ability, even tho he is just 8-9 month there but he improve very much than before. Well thanks to nct that always make me relize something after watching their video, for example from this issues, shotaro really give me an energy to continue learning hangul that i've been strugling a lot these days
it's so wild to hear how much Shotaro hasn't eaten or hasn't done since coming to Korea, even though it's pretty much been a year for him. Shows just how hard he's working, he must be stuck in the company all day! I hope he's able to take a break soon and do everything he's wanted to :))

i got amazed with shotaro's korean language ability, even tho he is just 8-9 month there but he improve very much than before. Well thanks to nct that always make me relize something after watching their video, for example from this issues, shotaro really give me an energy to continue learning hangul that i've been strugling a lot these days
it's so wild to hear how much Shotaro hasn't eaten or hasn't done since coming to Korea, even though it's pretty much been a year for him. Shows just how hard he's working, he must be stuck in the company all day! I hope he's able to take a break soon and do everything he's wanted to :))

I think they might both be placed in the Japanese unit- Shotaro has been teaching Sungchan Japanese and from what we’ve heard, WAYV was originally supposed to have some Korean members before the Hallyu ban
