I must say I'm not totally agreeing with you. There are many ladies who make a sport of just dating. They let guys pay dinner taxi and other things but as soon as the guy wants to be more serious that those ladies always say they want they say it's not going to work. They act like the stereo type men have from Ukrainian women. (One edit for this, I never met with girls proposed by Taya, just experience that I had personal and some of the people I know had as well)
If you want to find a girl to live together with her and to pay everything for her Тhe main problem is that there are much more arabs and turks who search for UA girls than UA girls who want foreign guys and us guys from west countries are not really interesting. In other words market is not convenient. Beautiful ukranian girls search for rich UA men who will support them financial and ugly UA girls or average search for foreigners because rich UA men doesnt want to support financial ugly UA girls. In the fact UA is very bad story because you can find such girls in your countries who are available in UA and in your country you get normal person with more culture and she is not golddigger like in UA.

Northern Ukrainian girls like from Lviv are Cute like my girlfriend in NYC for example, but Southern Ukrainian girls are ugly cuz they have darker hair and they don’t even look like themselves.

@neale Hilton. Can you not visit her first? That way, if she doesn't show, at least you get to see Kiev. Sending airfare is risky, and you don't seem too sure about her yourself.

Save your money. That is the most obvious fraud.
If you want her to come then you should buy all tickets and everything, don’t give her money. In that way you can refund if she decides to not show up
