    Good test. I, like you would rate have a bit less power but spread out over more shots. Keep the disk in. Love this one.

      @@bryancantrell1138 Honestly, I was surprised that there was so much more overall power (total joules of all shots) with the disk in. You would think it would have been about the same with the same amount of CO2. Goes to show how much power you loose by the more rapid cooling of the CO2 like that. At least I would assume that's the issue. I know if you take the exact same setup and fire a shot a minute or a shot a second, you'll get way more overall power with the slow shots. Same principle I'm sure

    Good way of showing it. Guess it depends on how good a shot you are 🎯 or think you are 😅

      I'm sure someone would take half the shots and way less overall power for those first two stronger shots. But, for me, I have common sense, lol.

    Hey DK Thanks alot for the video! I hate to bug you with one more question but I'm wanting to put my remote line which has a slide check for degassing which will mount an 88/90 gram CO2 on my hdb. I haven't used it because I'm not sure if I should use it with or without a restricter disc and if the push in disc will even stay in without a 12gram in. No valve restricter ofcourse. Any advice please kind sir? Same situation with my HDR68. I dnt want to screw it up

    • @DK-Spencer
      @DK-Spencer  2 месяца назад +1

      @@FLAlesslethal it should stay in easy in the grip. No difference. I would think you might still need it. Not going to hurt to test both ways though. With an 88/90 might not need it though. If it finishes the mag, which it may, that's a lot of CO2.
      But, to be picky, if you removed the entire valve block, it's not going to shoot at all unless you mean you removed the restrictor in the valve block, not the entire valve block. Too many people saying that wrong for some reason, got to set em straight 😉. The valve block is the entire assembly that the actual valve sits in, the restrictor is in the back of the valve block, that is the only part you remove

    • @FLAlesslethal
      @FLAlesslethal 2 месяца назад +2

      @@DK-Spencer My bad bud, I am saying if the the restricter is removed. Should I put a drilled out or tuning restricter disc in if I'm using a remote line out the handle with an 88/90grm CO2? I'm scared of it messing it up and honestly bro I really don't feel like taking another marker apart(time nor money) I just want to run the 88grm without it farting that's why I'm asking about the restricter disc. If it doesn't fart it should be a bit more power and more shots. I just figured you would have some knowledge on this... It's so cool though to have a remote line with degasser on it

    • @DK-Spencer
      @DK-Spencer  2 месяца назад +1

      @@FLAlesslethal That's what I was saying, the disk may or may not matter with that much CO2 . You use the disk to keep from running out of CO2 too early with 12g. With 88 or 90 you will probably have enough to last. It's not going to hurt to test it both ways and see. Obviously, you will remove the valve block restrictor either way. But the disk in the handle is the one I'm saying you may not need to use. I can test one today for you probably just to see if I can find all the stuff I need here. I'm sure I've got it all, lol

    • @FLAlesslethal
      @FLAlesslethal Месяц назад +1

      So one is amazing without the disc such high numbers I got. However with the pop in disc with the oring it did pop out after a bit of shots. Also the spring and noise from no disc on one is just crazy rattling and just sounds like it's going to fly out. Now what's crazy also is the TR50 was working fine no disc 88gram CO2. Hhhhmmm weird!

      @@noobt4eguns I've never had a 16g but My understanding is that it does not have the restrictor in the valve block or it has a smaller one and it already has a disc restrictor in the handle. The pin is the same Im almost positive

      What you are calling "valve block" I call a restrictor, because it does not block the valve, it just restricts it some. I know some people call it that, but I don't. So, what you are calling Valve block is for sure removed or it would be like 7 joules. the point of the video was to test the restrictor disk in the handle in and out.
