hi! thanks for stopping by! the vocalists are mainly from the "youtaite" community, which originates from the japanese word "utaite" --> essentially, singers that make covers of usually vocaloid/jpop songs. within the youtaite community there are these events called chorus battles (CB), where you gather a team of multiple vocalists, illustrators, video editors/animators, and audio mixers to create a chorus cover of a song! this cover is our round 1 entry for Vintage Chorus Battle [2023] (hence #VCB23-R1) as for the altered lyrics-- throughout the video we are following this character named "Lorem Ipsum" so some of the lyrics were changed to fit that, no disrespect to the original lyrics/writing was intended 🙏 we also added some of our own lyrics just to create additional layers of vocals/harmonies in specific parts of the song! im glad you like the cover, a ton of work was put into it ❤️ go share it with the other the mind electric and miracle musical enjoyers out there thank youuu ‼️‼️‼️
