ok so as per what you are saying i am figuring out that you besan is absorbing more milk...so when ever you are preparing besan flour add little bit more milk ( 2-3 table spooon) in it.
Mam plz comment proper measurement so this is very easy for ur to make mohan thal.. becoz when i made this according to ur cup measurent .. mohanthal gets so hard .. plz share correct measurement asap
because i saw so many recipies for mohanthal but i liked ur the most and i want to make this kind of mohanthal so please comment the proper measurement.. it would be a great help for me
+DrAkanksha Rastogi some time it depends upon the quality of chickpea flour..some chick pea flour absorb more milk..if you are having problem with texture then add more milk and ghee while preparing flour so you will have nice moist texture..

what should I use if I cannot get coarse besan
if you don't have coarse besan then you can take regular besan and follow the procedure what i explained in the beginning..you will get good result

sometimes its depends upon the quality of besan flour .if its very dry then add one tea spoon milk+1 tea spoon ghee at a time
