I've watched all of Happy Valley now numerous times. I can never get over the way Sarah inhabits Catherine. It's just....remarkable. Never a false moment, never a moment where I do not utterly believe she is Catherine. And it's such a complex character. Well, all of them are, really. And the entire cast is amazing. While I know the scary dark heartbreaking elements of the story are vital, of course, I would always sort of wait for the more intimate family scenes, the kitchen ones with Siobhan and Rhys Connah. I don't think the series can or should go on, but I really miss these people. People, meaning the characters, but they are more than characters, aren't they.
@@valeriemcdermott9423 Originally yes, but she must have lost the accent over time! You can hear a bit of it every now and again but it’s definitely not very noticeable anymore! 😂
Sarah is up there with Judy Dench, Helen Mirum, she’s absolutely a brilliant actress!
