Thanks for uploading. This is very good quality source material, and as close to 'complete' as I've seen. I wonder if there is a 'complete' version anywhere anymore, - perhaps even Thames TV don't have one in their archives.
Usually, when this clip on tv documentaries, it's chopped down a little. Pre-internet, there were poor quality VHS bootlegs, but for some reason they were always missing the music segment early on (there's a tiny bit missing here, as just before it goes to the 'anarchy' clip, in the original Bill Grundy says "Come on kids...").
I also think there must be a bit missing at the start, as all versions I've seen start with "they are punk rockers...", but I would presume something was said before that. There also might be a bit from the start of the show where Grundy mentions them ?
As I said though, I don't know if a 'complete' version exists anywhere any more ?

all that exists is the stuff shown (barring the come on kids line). Thames dont have the full show. the only thing that exists is this that was recorded by a BBC cameraman on home equipment as it transmitted......he sold it back to Thames via the BBC in the Eighties. Julien Temple has a more complete version, bit it was filmed from Paul Cooks video player and tv screen, so it isnt broadcastable quality.

@SexPistolsRareities I never realised that, so without the BBC, this video would not exist. Surely the non broadcastable section could be pieced in. Any idea what equipment was used to record this?
