I had to say this in response to this lovely video review of my favorite BBQ anywhere! As great as the food looks, they are doing it wrong. The OUTSTANDING thing about Dr. Hogly Wogly's Tyler Texas BBQ is the hot BBQ sauce on the table. It raises the quality of the meat a hundredfold, or more. It leaves you with a tummy glow that makes you wonder what kind of addictive stuff is in there! Put it on your whole plate and buy some to take home. It's good to dip your steak fries in too!

Oh yeah...that's one of our Fave places for Barbeque...the meat is so soft and just comes off the bone...agghh so good and it's alot ...my fave is the bread ...the beans are not my fave...the sampler is a have to...but I so love the brisket...and service is always a 10...
I can't even fit in another food wars. I am filming solid every week. It's just me doing all the work and I'm not making enough to pay people yet to help me.

Cesare Borgia Irresponsible behaviour? Your opinion. You know what it is, in our modern day life there a lot of things that are 'irresponisble' driving a car is irresponsible, eating fast food is irresponsible, drinking alcohol is irresponisble. For me smoking a joint once a week will not harm anyone. Maybe yourself one day, but I'll take that risk. Life is about making choices and everyone should decide for themselves what the right choices are for them. (Sorry if i misspelt something but English is not my first language)
Drinking alcohol IS irresponsible. Eating fast food IS irresponsible. Smoking a joint IS irresponsible. These things affect your nervous system in a way that's not ideal. But Driving a car is a necessity. Even the weed you smoke is transported in some way over 4 wheels so I would like you to explain how driving a car irresponsible. And the only way you smoking a joint is harming me is that I have to indulge in an inane argument with a stoned fellow. Oh, and you misspelt the name of your country dude, that's what I was talking about; not your command over the language in general, which most people will concur is quite okay.

Been eating there for years, any time we are in So Cal we swing up to Van Nuys, one of the best BBQ places around.
My go to BBQ spot! I'm sure there is better out there but this is the best I've ever had. Love this joint!

Love this spot. Classic texas style bbq. Best part they only you a cheap platic sandwich for you leftovers.
