Haven't listened to Jim and Sam in awhile. Jim sounds incredibly unhappy and Sam is just babbling. Letting Sam direct the conversation is always a mistake. Not only is his voice unpleasant to listen to, he thinks that giving lots of details about uninteresting things is good radio. Detailed conversations about clothing and Home Depot? If not for Florentine this would be unlistenable. It's two guys that don't seem to enjoy being with each other. Jim takes pride in his work and he knows the show isn't funny or entertaining but he needs the money. It's very sad.
@shawna4309 I'm sure he makes less then Louis Ck, but Florentine never played the Hollywood card. He's a no nonsense guy, and to obtain that height, you have to be a bit disingenuous.

Yep, there are moments of funny because Jim is unstoppable, but damn 😢 it’s like Scott & Todd or the two guys that go to Thailand

I saw Louis Ck in Tampa for the same price the Florentine charged $30. For a non stadium touring comedian, $30 is top tier pricing.
