Gwen is scared and vulnerable, figure that out. When was this video shot? was it reshot? Blake says he loves classic country. The genre is just evolving. The problem is country music doesn't need to sell its sound to fit main stream interests.
I wasn't much of a country fan, actually I think it was one of my least favourite but as I grow older the more I appreciate country songs. Blake Shelton is one of the reasons - such a beautiful voice and it doesn't hurt that he is good looking with a great accent. Second reason is the lyrics. Country songs often have beautiful lyrics and stories.
