I have allot of NWT Replicades and was busy and forgot to preorder this one! Hoping they have a few left over ..still can't believe I forgot to go back and order this one
I just got my freenzy cab too! I love it! This is my 13th NWT cab, they are soo addictive! Great product though and I will continue to buy em ALL when I can afford! I would love to win that bezerk!
Actually, the original missile command cabs had some funky curved displays. Troll time: Any plans in producing the Atari stick that used to be at Micro Center? IMO, the ultimate multi function controller and made with love by you guys.
New Wave Toys understands that people will have different ideas on the best way to enjoy their products but they certainly understand what collectors want. I have purchased most of the Replicade line and in my experience, their thoughtful shipping packaging has done an effective job of keeping the collectible product box and its precious contents well-protected and pristine. Contrast this with Entertainment Earth, whose product packaging seldom survives shipping unblemished, even inside their outer shipping box, leaving one to wonder how they can afford to honor their mint-guarantee. This has never been a problem in my dealings with New Wave Toys. My question about your build-a-case, which I like the idea of, is this: Will it fit a Replicade arcade carpet base pad?
Definitely don't ruin the box! And if you have to do some mods to make it as original as possible the better! Remember watching silver spoons and how lucky that kid was to have full size arcades in his house! I like the weathered look but at the same time I wish there was a option to have the arcade looking new as well. As for display I would really like to create the black light arcade carpet maybe in strips and place the replicas on them with just a few inches coming out to at least see the glowing effect of the carpet when having the arcades on! It would look incredible in a dark room! For me I love the black lights that made the carpet glow as it takes me back to walking in the arcade and being hit with that wow factor! Awesome video!
Frenzy had a great port on Colecovision and a great homebrew of Berserk Berzerk on Atari 2600 was great ..better on A5200 and 8-bit line and also a good poet on Vectrex
I tried to join the Global New Wave Toys Fan Page on Facebook and was blocked. I sent Glen a FB messenger back in February asking why since he is an admin there and did not get a response. I have never been in the group previously and don’t know why my join request was denied and I am blocked.
They're busy making sure it's done right before it ships so they don't pull a Coleco Berzerk/Frenzy Kickstarter disaster and ship with most/all units having issues. (This is their first animatronic, with what they're learning now, future animatronic products should go more smoothly.)
I like new wave. I hope they do a claw machine. Even push it to the limit house of the dead. But I was looking at donkey kong sorry❤😊
They just finished testing people's interest in a Ski Ball replica with a survey, who knows....claw machines could come up at some point.....😊
@@RobertCatiller67 yes I know I did the survey I hope they do claw machine and a crazy taxi
@@janineharris3601 Crazy Taxi would be awesome!
TRON!!! Yes please! (And Discs of Tron, I'd pay a premium for an environmental cab replica!!) 20:50
My focus is that Donkey Kong 1/6 scale 😂
No Popeye? 😢
@@RobertCatiller67 stay tuned
Great review of each cabinet Glen! Now I have to get both!
Great showcase / demo video for these cabs! NWT should link this video from their website for people considering buying these (while they last!)

Bought the BERZERK. Love it!
If you only have the Berzerk cabinet, when you switch to the Frenzy rom, you will have the marquee flicker effect on your Berzerk marquee. 😊
Yes u can set that in the menu
Thanks for the video Glen!!

You'd probably have to cut the carpet to fit inside the dimensions of the build a case
And I pulled a Homer and bought the Coleco versions .. DOH😣
Get them sold lol

Well that leaves me out. I work 2nd shift Mon-Fri. Bummer as I wouldn't mind winning and owning those 2 New Wave cabinets.

Glen,
Just thought I'd let you know that New Wave Toys was able to take care the issues I had on my Berzerk! All is well :)
vgv
Perfect because I know they care about the customers and value you guys
Probably won't be able to win this. People have Lives and Work..

Left Room, Down Room, Right Room, Up Room. That is the winning pattern if I remember correctly.

They have a no tolerance rule for people named Dave... nothing but trouble with Daves in the past apparently.
Do you have no profile photo or fake name? Same thing happened to me with another group
@@NELC879 no I just have my privacy settings private. Glen responded to me yesterday and fixed it so I am now in the group. It’s all good now. 👍
He's been fixed .. well a good fixed...not like a dog fixed
Great review! Joined the FB page! Copyright the logo this time!! 😅
Lol 🤣😆 u got that right 💯 lol
I Love berzerk
Both machines are beautiful but the games are just too primitive to enjoy imo
Sometimes..they can be a good thing..but I hear you ☺️
Nobody uses Facebook anymore and sadly, many times im at work and not in the live chat. Your killing me smalls 😥

@@GlensRetroShow its okay.....;)
This company went downhill REALLY fast.
I'm only going to buy from Numskull mini arcades now. Sad but when a company loses morals that will happen
New Wave has turned into every other arcade company- too expensive. Their Zoltar disaster is a pisser where the hell is my pre-order?🙄
They didn't like how it turned out and are still working on it.
