What I love about this channel is you don't edit in spooky music during your hunts, you don't shout everytime you hear or see something, you keep calm and quiet so we can hear the background noises, and you don't automatically put down every noise as paranormal, and you don't over-react or look shocked just for the camera, plus you guys are funny! Other ghost hunting channels should learn from you guys! (Mindseed TV I'm looking at you guys!!!) Lol

Thank you both and the lovely tour guide. I had seen a dark shadow just before the light crashed. But if spirits can fly, then that was exactly who did it. That was a awesome place. I love caves and old mills as I've been through more than I can count on toes and fingers. But I really hope in the future you can team up with Haunted Finders, Tom and David and go to the Witches Woods, or Sherwood Forest. The witches woods has a ton of action in it. Some mad, some bad, an then some that's thankful someone actually took the time to speak to them. Anyway, thank you again for yer another great video ❤

So, Rain does ghost tours and knows all of the stories, but doesn’t believe in ghosts ………until now! She was fabulous and I loved her reactions! I bet she will be more open to any sounds she hears in the future!

I felt the exact same way, She was a delight to watch and listen to.
I'd watch these guys all day with no evidence over 10 minutes of the other guys faking it all and making every little noise something "paranormal". Never have I spent so many hours watching guys hear something I can't hear and loving every minute of it. Keep it real friends!! And please bring Rain back again..what a lovely human she is

Finally what I’ve been looking for . You guys feel genuine. Theres an audience even if you guys don’t prove the paranormal. You seem like two blokes wanting to believe and go to great lengths to find answers. I believe you can be widely successful without faking ANYTHING. Don’t be tempted. I’d watch two hours of no evidence too lol. Because it’s believeable

So the lady who tells about the ghost stories every day doesn't even believe herself, until you two come along.....that says A LOT! You could've easily gotten two episodes out of this one but I'm so glad you gave it all to us here, it was absolutely fascinating, and I can't wait for you to return!
I've watched 3 times on the TV and then had a dream about it. What amazing places. The history in the UK is awesome. I just finished watching a video from last month and there's a black mist, shadow moving on the wall of the basement that you guys didn't see. It's very clear and very creepy, considering all the other stuff going on at the same time. Very spooky. Thanks for the awesome video for Halloween. 🎃👻💚💚

There's ao much that i love about by these 2 friends is their language and humour. The absence of every other word being a F word followed by, "no way ' bro, f'ing way bruh '. Our Canadian counterparts, the Paranormies is similarly genuine and always enjoyable. Just as the content here. We haven't been too poisoned by our loud neighbour to the south.

This was really interesting, i remember going to Wookey Hole when i was little and it scared me silly, the rock like a witch , a dog . Great to see a modern day take on it. 🎉
I absolutely love these guys i just wish something really freaky would happen for them instead of just occasional noises , they work really hard and deserve something otherworldly to show itself!

And then you all could do a few investigations of your choice throughout the States and either begin here in West Virginia I’m about 50 miles West of Point Pleasant, WV The Home of The Mothman (I assume you know what I’m referring to?) or Investigate here last as a final destination. @6:10 Actually Joe, I think that whispering is following you around! You mention it here being 'back there' but you can DEFINITELY hear it start @6:05, and it's under your voice for a good 10 - 12 seconds. That odd light anomaly shooting around Elliots camera, by his legs, and beside his face as he reaches the top @6:21! It fits right in with the heavy DUTY whispering happening at this same time! I don't know when the last time was when you caught SUCH defined whispers.I'm gonna pull this apart when i'm done 'cause im sure we can make out what is being said! These are INCREDIBLE! That sound equipment is GOLDEN! Im so excitable I've got the chickenskin!! !

Guys, let me tell you, that was NOT A BIRD. I've been into Ornithology for over thirty years and worked for the British Trust for Ornithology aka ( BTO ) that was NO BIRD especially inside a deep cave.

Great work guys! Rain was so brave and I am sure she will always remember the night she was no longer sure she was a non-profit believer. Ghost Theory is now one of my favorite paranormal investigator channels!
Please, if she can, have Rain join you again. She was lovely! She loves those caves and is an amazing historian only sharing stories but not making them seem more than they are. You two are great as well. Caves are so hard, you are in an oppressive overhead environment and looking for ghosts.

HELL NO, to a haunted mirror maze. That's crazy, right out of a horror movie.
Went here as a child , so much more to the place than I remember ( was a long time ago as I’m now 132 lol ) …. Remember Only of the witch, & the fear of her story. Amazing video, so well put together and you guys covered so much that I had no idea or memory of was there. A lot probably added since I was a girl. ( as I’m now a boy , no I’m not really 😂 ) ….. gosh think I need my medication 💊. Thank you Elliot & Joe, & your guide she was a sweetie another enjoyable great video ❤ stay safe ❤

It is so hard to investigate in a cave or any place with dripping water. The sounds the water makes in those types of environments make everything almost unusable.
It does make it very difficult!
Your guide was absolutely precious w/her skirt, sweater and balls of steel! That monent she covered her mouth instead of squealing I thought "Look at you deceiving everyone with those glasses and voice! Props to her for sticking to it when she was terrified👍 Shame on you two for making that sweet girl leave, questioning everything in her "reality." EPIC!!! THIS WAS AMAZBALLS! 🤘💚
It is co side red psychology of witness testimony that people see what they want to see and hear what they listen to. You entered the cave having been told there are dead divers, a Victorian man and a witch. That is what you were looking for. It is an underground cave which will always generate noises. It’s full of wildlife. You senses are heightened. I heard not one things that would vaguely suggest any paranormal. It makes great drama. I am a life long believer in spirits and have spent over 30 years looking and have never found anything. I won’t stop
I went to Wookie Hole for a college friends 18th birthday, this was 40 years ago. They had stored wax heads from Madam Tousouds, quite a few from the Sgt Pepper cover, including the Diana Dors bust. What really freaked me out were the big Victorian fairground gargoyles. It's probably not the same now.

I somehow just now saw this and I've watched all the others. I'm even more convinced that spirits walk among us. I saw a shadow man standing in my apartment when I was 22 yrs old and I'm now 54 and I remember it like it was yesterday. I never spoke of it because in the 90's these things were not spoke about and hard to research. Thank you for helping me not seem crazy. Thank you for your hard work. I appreciate you both.

The Dr Who production was in 1975, not '68. It was for the Tom Baker story Revenge of the Cybermen, and director Michael Briant was doing a pre-filming recce after hours one evening. Walking around, he was surprised to meet a potholer in old fashioned gear that seemed to be wandering around and whistling to himself.. On leaving the caves, Briant told the owners that he thought he was the only one in there that evening. They were puzzled - as as far as they were concerned he was.

This episode was AMAZING & the fact that Rain was there with you guys made it even better because she said she is a skeptic, so to see her reactions through the whole video was epic cause you could literally see her facial expressions like Okay wtf was that or Okay how did that move aor even when Elliott & Rain saw the SAME thing in the arcade & then proceed to tell Joe & He saw the SAME THING as well.
