The human ingeniousity to try to outsmart fish is sheer endless ! Very interesting clip, ....I've come across your website before , since I'm a hobby lure carver sometimes making own versions and knock-offs of vintage lure models and often looking for inspiration in the internet . Greetings from northern Germany , 61diemai
Awesome display of lure designer's ingeniousity , .........but I doubt , that all of those would turn out to be proven catchers or even securely hook a fish ! Thanks a lot for sharing your collection , ....greetz , 61diemai
I've got the pull string frog, kinda cool. I saw one at a gun show that was a grub of some kind encased in lucite with hooks attached. Didn't have the sense to buy it then, dammit.
I came across an old collectable lure in perfect working order, but can't decide whether to clean it up (wash, polish, etc) or leave aged as is to maintain the antique character. What would others suggest?
Sir, you've nailed it. This is the best vintage lure site ever! Many thanks. Raymondo
