Great to see you back at the track. Everything is coming together nicely 🙌🏿 The plans look great. Definitely aim to do some indoor sessions if you are hoping to complete the max short sprints 🔥
Excited to see you run at Lee Valley! Keep on going with the rehab exercises 🎉

Good luck at the masters indoors...my 2 cents worth, i would drop the 4 km runs to keep the legs fresh and also to re enforce sprint mechanics. I would keep all my running at greater than 90% and reduce volume by 60% in the last 10 days keeping intensity high.

Good advice regarding the 4Km run. It isn’t beneficial for sprint racing preparation. Best of luck.

    Hi Steve.
Looks like you got a good week in.
No outdoor running up here last week due to the weather.
    Re the chiropractor.
That’s a great call to factor those sessions in.
At the level you are training at the last thing you need is small niggles becoming big problems and long lay offs.
I’ve seen the same guy once a month for the last 30 years. Getting one with running experience also helps and you appear to have got that.
No real comment on sessions but the quicker you decide about the 400m the better. Might allow you to tailor them more to the 200 which I suspect is your main focus.
Last point and following on from Nikita’s post.
I did get a session indoors on Friday.
I was about 40 years older than anyone else in there😂but the uni athletes were all practicing blocks on bends.
Also looking at last years results depending on what race you are in blocks might not be that critical provided you get a smooth start.
I suspect you would be aiming for 27 high 28 low.
Nobody will be leaving you at the start with or without blocks at that pace.
    Good luck going forward.
    Steve 🙏
