Tupac Died September 13, 1996.
Kingdom Hearts didn't come out untill March 28, 2002. And even then I believe it was only realeased in Japan at the time.
Don't trust me on this but by what I know I believe The Kingdom Hearts Creators may have just used this, but I could see how people would be confused.

Saying kingdom hearts took this beat for their game doesn't even make sense. This beat has a date on it of 2013. That's more than ten years after kingdom hearts came out. So, in conclusion, "people" aren't confused like you said in your comment, but you are confused because you actually think this is a beat that was made when Tupac was alive.
