For sure - the FPS will really depend on the specs of the rest of your PC though. Are you able to share more info on the processor/RAM/motherboard that you currently have?
Refer to 1:43 - the window with the exposed heatsink fins is what Gigabyte calls Screen Cooling. It allows more air to flow through the heatsink for better heat dissipation!
