Train smart to avoid injuries. Shoulders, elbows and wrists suffer the most from incorrect form and overtraining. Im telling you this because no one warned me.
@@alexanderangelkov6338 ikr. For me shoulders and wrists have been on verge of injury several times. I stopped immediately whenever that happened. P.s. I just got my first muscle up!!
@@alexanderangelkov6338 idk why, but after 2 years of cali and still 0 injuries. And im a complete dumb, 0 stretching, 0 warmup, always trying stuffs like hefesto, maltese etc.. without preparation. Could be for 12 years of martial arts or it is only lucky/insane genetic?
I'm currently doing calisthenics for 2 months now I'm a pretty weak guy and was getting bullied because I'm always the frail kid in the group these motivational videos on youtube is the reason why I'm starting to change for the best Wish me Luck!
