I had a 2018 GT3 Touring in Chalk, best car I ever owned, and I’ve been fortunate to have a lot of great cars. Sold that and got a 2022 GT3 Touring, PTS Fashion Grey. The car is so good there aren’t words to describe it

Ps. You might consider a full body scan, MRI for example(since you mentioned health stuff). Also antinflamatory diet, and regular physio to get minimise inflamation, etc

If you get some Japanese just make sure you’re aware of the indigo transfer! One trick to minimize is rinse in a water bath with distilled white vinegar. Don’t want to mess up those light colored seats. I flew to Japan and went all up and down to check out all the denim there. As I’m a denim collector. By far momotaro is the most comfortable straight away. Just don’t go to heavy with the first pair or you will not like it. Make sure to get a single rinse pair. Just makes them that much more comfortable first couple wears. Glad to see you driving and super excited to see the content you have in the works. This Adam project seems to have put a spark back into you along with the health lifestyle!

Have you ever supplemented with SAM-e 400mg? I started using it a few years ago for mild depression and it’s completely changed how I feel. It has benefits for liver/kidneys as well as joint health. I’d ask your doc about if it interferes with any other meds, but from my understanding it’s usually safe and effective.
I was just reading about it last night. I may give it a try.

mood in 2-3 weeks after starting it. I started with 400mg daily, but went up to 800mg. Most studies I’ve read say the effective dose for depression is 800-1600mg.
The best brand is Azendus. They’re the only company manufacturing it in the SAM-e butanedisulfonate, which is the form that has been studied most.

For top tier Japanese selvedge denim check out Hiroshi Kato and Momotaro jeans. Doesn’t get any better than those two.
It will be really nice to see you to do a drive & chat in a R35 GTR Nismo! I had a 2017 one myself but sold it with regret, and recently I just delivered a 2024 facelift one to my client, same interior but exterior is much nicer!

Would you ever consider perfecting and dialing in a car like the E30 M3, or an older Porsche? IMO that would be a huge hit for the channel. Love all your content. Keep up the work.

Have you ever been tested for MTHFR mutation? If you have a mutation in one of the two MTHFR genes then methylated B complex with methylated folate would make sense for you.
